Tom Hanks' Surprising Admission Doesn't Make Him Look Great

Tom Hanks is known as the nicest guy in Hollywood, but his new novel is about an actor who's kind of a nightmare. Surprisingly, Hanks says the character is based at least partially on himself. Dominick: It isn't really a bad confession or making him look bad ar all. In any industry we all have bad days over a decade upon decade long career. And I am sure he exaggerated it in the book for entertainment purposes. Come on, like we said we are only human. Hanks was in the right in regards his wife awhile ago, and I would say that even if I didn't love him.

I think this DOES make him look great. He is writing a story about an a hat and he is pointing the finger at himself instead of saying it was based on someone he surely worked with over the years. Surely all the bad behavior he is writing about isn't based solely on himself so he is great!

Exaggerated is putting it mildly. I actually met him on A League of Their Own & the man was a saint. His agent was a monster, but I chalked it up to him needing someone able to be the monster he isn t.
