I've always had the idea that kill bill volume 2 isn't a sequel, I've always considered it as a part 2, almost like it should of only been an intermission Inbetween the two parts, rather than considering them separate movies.
I've always felt the same way about the lord of the rings aswell and I think it's because the story just keeps rolling without a break, 3 parts to one story, whereas more traditional sequels are full contained stories in each movie that tie into a greater narrative.

Bill finally died when Beatrix hit him with the Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique, then after saying their goodbyes Bill took five steps his heart exploded and he died. The show is called Kill Bill and Bill died. Show's over. THE END. Now, I am going watch these two great movies again.

I see a third entry as a Netflix series. If Tarantino is truly done after movie #10, I could see a limited series executive produced by Tarantino with the episodes directed by someone who would keep the look & spirit of Volumes 1 & 2 at the forefront

I thought that they released the 3rd instalment back in 2015 called Nikki's Revenge, Nikki was portrayed by Zoe Saldana, correct me if I am wrong
