if you consider siblings (and sequels) - they're a couple of people after all (unless there's more than two) - there's a surprisingly large number of them relatively recently: Mia and David in EVIL DEAD, Kinsey and Luke in THE STRANGERS: PREY AT NIGHT, Alex and Bea in TOURISTAS/PARADISE LOST, Carly and Nick in HOUSE OF WAX. The rationale may be that (assuming anyone survives the movie) more than one survivor is required if they're to talk about it with someone who understands, and a romantic couple's relationship is likely to be screwed up if they remind each other by their very existence of something scary and gross.

I adore Oskar and Eli, and there's no standing between Dracula and Mina. For me, however, I would love to pretend that Richie Tozier and Eddie Kaspbrak from the IT films were a couple. Had they been an actual couple rather than best friends with a bit of romantic subtext in their relationship (despite Richie being canonically gay, as the ending confirms, and had Eddie been allowed to live to develop the relationship rather than die in Richie's arms as a practically unrequited love interest, they would've been on this list, but of course, gay shipping doesn't count.

Where's Dewey and Gale? They had 4 movies together and had so much development. When Dewey is presumably killed in Scream 2, we really believe Gale's distraught reaction and when Gale is stabbed in Scream 4, Dewey is heartbroken.
They went from meeting in the first movie to being married by the fourth one. The actors also have a child together.
I've never been so annoyed by these lists until today.

You left out one very important detail regarding Dracula and Mina: Mina looked exactly like Dracula's long-dead wife, Elisabeta. That is what drew Dracula to Mina in the first place: he believed that she was the reincarnation of Elisabeta. If Mina was the reincarnation of Elisabeta, that would explain any feelings she had for Dracula.

Perfect choice for number 1, I love Vera Fermiga & Patrick Wilson as Ed & Laurainne Warren in The Conjuring, they had great chemistry & were definately the most believable movie couple I've ever seen on screen.

The couple from The Conjuring are not based on real life ghost hunters, they are based on admitted frauds. I do like Vera and Patrick though, so shouldn't be number one but like maybe an HM.
