This movie has a star- studded cast! Here are 5 things to know about Murder on the Orient Express. Did you know that this isnt the first adaptation? They made the cast really feel like they were on the train. How can anyone who has seen David Suchet's Poirot want to watch this garbage? Yes, there are many famous actors, but that means nothing if Hercule Poirot is not good. And even though Brannagh has been my favourite actor for the last 20 years, he's nothing like Poirot

there are no and i mean NO MOUNTAINS, hills or anything similar between vinkovci and slavonski brod and i cannot believe they couldnt consult a map before making this movie i am so ANGRY BECAUSE its one of the few movies set in croatia and they messed it up

Just saw the movie, it's disappointing! The original was better! They got the wrong Poirot, why can't they just make a new original mystery. It's like the beauty and the beast remake! They need to stop remaking movies that are already classics!

Branagh as Poirot - ridiculous - Odom as the doctor - ridiculous - Ridley as Debenham ridiculous - stuck on a bridge - ridiculous - a fake train - ridiculous! Branagh has completely destroyed a classic murder mystery.

Why do you mention olaf and lesley something and daisy something but no Olivia Coleman? She is equally famous if not more but not American. She is as famous as Penelope Cruz or Willem defoe in UK!

yep this did have a lot to compete with but, I would still say that it beat the rest, I freaking loved this film and am going to buy it when it comes out on DVD

I so hope they make more adaptations! I would love to see Death on the Nile! This movie is amazing! One of my favourites of the year!

Number one question for me, it's why? This is one of the Agatha Christie's novel with a lot of adaptation! Why ruin the classic?
reply

Just saw this today. It was amazing! Did not expect that ending. Daisy Ridleys character was probably my favorite.

They forgot to mention that Ingrid Bergman actually WON an Oscar for her performance in the 1974 version.
