I looked more deeper into Hans being a Villain than I should have.
Originally with some of the shown draft frames from the first movie, Elsa was originally supposed to be the main antagonist. As some people may notice, Hans' role as the villain seemed sort of forced by the betrayal at the end of the movie. Disney revealed that halfway through Production was when they finally determined Hans to be the new villain after the stunning performance of Let it go by Idina Menzel. If they would have made the Duke of Wesleton the main villain (which would have made more sense 3/4 in the movie) Hans would have been a genuinely good character and could have had a scene with something like I hate to say Princess but, Kristoff is the man you deserve. And BOOM happy ending.

Dawn Bellwether was obvious af. When i watched zootopia for the first time, i thought she was suspiscious because of her catchphrases including fellows small animals and that was even more suspicious when predators were the targets. I was 100% sure she is the villain when her sheep henchmen appeared before she was revealed because the fact they are sheep (same as she is) is an obvious hint. So i wouldn't even put her among top 20 disney plot twists. Top 1 disnes plot twist should be Turbo's reveal. I mean, it was obvious that King Candy is a villain, but i couldn't imagine he's actually Turbo. These should also be on the list: Linguini is Gusteau's son (from Ratattouille) and Waternoose is evil (from Monsters Inc)

SPOILER ALERT: For Big Hero 6, the twist for me wasnt so much the villains identity as it was the backstory behind Kreis testing. Krei was reckless but the fact that he genuinely underestimated the flaw - and had Callaghans daughter (the volunteer for Kreis experiment) trapped in the portal - was what got me.
I kind of saw Moanas twist coming. Hercules twist is barely a plot twist. Besides Meg turned AGAINST Hades as the movie progressed and admitted her wrongdoing.
Coco was the twist I genuinely didnt see coming. But that was more of a heartbreak for me.
Note: I saw Coco the earliest of those three movies so thats why I wasnt as startled with the other two.

If Hans wasnt so arrogant, he couldve got what he wanted. He shouldve let the guard kill her and he would have no blood on his hands. Then, he simply had to kiss and marry Anna to rule Arendale with her. After they met, you can tell that he was in love because he smiled instead of sinisterly grinning. Anyways, if he killed both Elsa and Anna, he wouldnt had a chance at becoming the king due to him not having Arendalian blood. When he left Anna to die, why didnt he do something with her just in case she was still alive when the others wanted to see her corpse.

And theres mulan when the Huns survive after the avalanche. I was pretty surprised about that. And linguine being gustos son from ratatouille. And in maleficent where its maleficent that breaks auroras curse and not the prince. And the jungle book I never expected that mogly would actually end up in a human village. And Pocahontas not ending up with the guy. Shes the only Disney princess to not end up with her love interest.

Actually, for me, the twist villain of Hans in Frozen actually wasnt too good. The better one was where it was actually Elsa who unfroze Annas heart and not Kristof, like everyone expected. This serves as a reminder that love isnt just romantic, and that some of the most potent love, and truest love, is within your reach at all time. It reminds us that familial love is the least likely of them all to betray someone.

It was Anna's act of true love that saved her: the breath she let out after saving her sister was visible, meaning that it, and her lungs, were warmer than the air, so her heart must have already thawed. It just took a few moments for the rest of her to catch up.

Soooo, has this narrator actually seen all of these movies? Anna saved herself by saving Elsa from Hans, and we learn within minutes of meeting Meg that she works for Hades. I feel like Miss Mojo is losing its stuff. Lots of sloppy mistakes in their videos

Turbo being King Candy was one of the few times I was dumbfounded by a twist right next to The Usual Suspects.
The way Ralph and Felix were so utterly shocked from seeing such an old character they knew really drove home the impact.

I have the inability to guess the twists in movies, no matter how predictable or obvious. I can never ever get them. The only time I did get them was in Ice Age Continental drift, the movie was predictable trash from the beginning to end.

Okay for Hercules, we knew Meg was working in the first act. Not much of a surprise throughout the movie. And please tell me I'm not the only one who saw the plot twists in Big Hero 6 and Moana coming. I mean, they were so obvious.

No. 1 is bad. It had no foreshadowing or buildup, Hans had too little screen time and he was always shown as a good character. Even in the scenes where he is not with the other mains, he is just doing good for Arendelle.

Most people rank your number one as the most poorly exacted twist villan in the history of twist villians. Something I honestly agree with. Hans being evil want just a surpise it came out of friggin no where!

I feel like everyone else saw the twist coming in Brother Bear. Except me. As a kid, it floored me. I cried so much. But it's honestly one of the main reasons why that movie is in my top favorites.

No! Elsa doesn't save Anna - it's Anna's love for her sister that melts Anna's frozen heart. In trying to save Elsa's life from evil Hans, Anna inadvertantly saves herself too!

Ford and Bills partnership
(Gravity Falls, 2012-14)
Shouldve gotten at least an honorable mention, as it shocked us, the viewers, as much as it shocked Dipper. (amiright)

I didn't see the Moana twist coming because I legit called it during the opening and immediately thought Obviously they wouldn't do that, it's way to predictable. WELP.

Anna wasn't saved by Elsa's love. the act of true love was her sacrifice, so wouldn't that mean that Anna saved herself with her love for Elsa?

I wasn't surprised, considering the transformation from Te Fiti to Te Ka was like, the very FIRST thing we see that involves Maui.

I saw the plot twist in Moana from a mile away. I was kinda obvious and even frozen there was something about Hans that I didn't like.
