Rachel and Mindy' s relationship was so unrealistic it always bothers me when I catch those episodes. Mindy goes to Aruba with Barry after her FRIEND leaves him at the alter. Friends don't do that to each other. Rachel is fine when she finds out she's fine when Mindy and Barry get engaged Mindy is fine when she finds out Barry is cheating on her with Rachel and ask her to be in her wedding and Rachel agrees. And Rachel seems to be the focus of Mindy and Barry's wedding. All of this goes against human nature. It's too ridiculous even for a sitcom.

I would include two of Rachels hilarious interactions with Chandler. Those being when Chandler sets her up with a guy from his office and she chastises him for telling him she just wanted a fling (followed by telling him she wants a commitment) and when she had to convince Chandler to stay handcuffed to her bosses chair.

I also love she is dragged by Chandler to eat that creamy, yummy cheesecake and can't let it go forever. Also, that time when she tries her best to work on her gossiping issues, but ends up finding an even bigger secret!
