Here's my question. why do some people hate these movies?
I know no film or film SERIES is perfect. But those that hate HT say that they're predictable, have lousy plotlines or that there are too many characters.
Firstly, the word predictable isn't always a bad thing. If the plot seems familiar, some look at it as the crew knowing its audience.
Secondly, the plot of the first two and even the latest HT movie are (to me) rather interesting. In the second movie, meeting one's in-laws is not an easy thing. Especially when said in-law is Drac's dad.
A definitive old school vampire.
Finally; of all things, it's the characters and their interactions with one another that I love most. Like the scene in HT 2 where Frank meets with those two joggers.

In closing, while these movies may not be everybody's cup of tea. They have something the Teen Titans Go movie doesn't have, charm

My favorite moments are when Dennis gets his fangs after his friend/ love interest got hurt and also whenever that gremlin lady would eat something and say I didn't do that I love Hotel Transylvania since it's directed by Genndy Tartakovsky (the creator of Dexter's Laboratory and Samurai Jack)I've seen both movies and I'm gonna see the third one this weekend

My favorite moments in Hotel Transylvania are every bleh bleh bleh sequence, the flying tables, and the Zing song. For the second movie, I love the wedding and when Jonathan tries to talk like a vampire. I'll be seeing the third one next weekend so I'm very excited!

What about the table scene? Drac and Johnny first start joking and laughing together, its a really fun moment between them after the first half of the movie was Drac trying to get rid of him.

I think Wayne eating a whole flock of sheep is more memorable than the growl scene. Especially the looks on Dracula and his friends' faces. XD

Ok, i admit it. Hotel Transylvania 1 is MY ONLY favorite film from Sandler. He nailed it in that one. The Sequel was, yeh, still a memorable sequel.

I enjoy seeing Drac with Dennis. Seeing a grandpa with his grandson is precious. Also Dennis with Winnie is adorable they have a great zing.
