I've heard of another story in Bachelor where a girl and a member of the staff on the show got together, and he got fired. I don't really get it, why do they get so upset over that? They aren't doing anything illegal, two adult people falling in love (or just having a attraction for one another. Sometimes people meet and fall in love on regular work places and no one cares? :) I know people who met at work and fell in love and still work together and are openly a couple. I don't get why they take it so serious, probably a explanation to it and there are probably rules where the staff can't get together with the cast members but still, just my opinion. Again they are two grown people, I don't think it should be that serious. It's not like they are forced to fall for the Bachelor and are exclusive to him, hey, he is meeting 20 girls at the same time looking for a potential girlfriend, not like they all are in a relationship together and she is cheating on him xD

I imagine that being on the crew or a producer on these shows is a prime spot to try and hook up with one of these ridiculously attractive contestants. its like the optimal opportunity to get with a vulnerable person man or woman, that is if you dont mind losing your job. But hey giving up your job for a hot new bf is maybe worth it.
I imagine a lot of what happens behind the scenes is the basis for the lifetime show UNREAL which is aptly named for being unreal in its realism

What a SHOCK that a black man with a white woman was accused of taking advantage of her state of intoxication. Yet they were in full view of cameramen/women, producers, sound crew, and no one stepped in at the time.
I just think if it had been some white beefcake, no issue would have been raised.

Carly is my absolute FAVOURITE! Ive been in her situation and cant help but think I made a huge mistake by letting him go. she embraced the weird and I LOVE it! I dont like Ashley just for the fact she broke Kevins heart. Kevin is my favourite contestant in the history of bachelor/bachelorette

i think if they get involved with production and its not someoen who can impact the actual show, i dont see an issue. the guy should have just gone in the shower lol.
