Had these characters never gotten together, their shows would have likely been better for it. For this list, well be looking at small screen couples whose relationship felt either detrimental or out of place for the characters and/or their shows. Given that some of these hookups come totally out of left field or deal with plot points, please note that there will be spoilers ahead. Our list includes Glee, The Office, Pretty Little Liars, Friends, Supergirl, and more! Join MsMojo as we count down our picks for the Top 10 TV Couples We Wish Had Never Dated. 10. Brittany S. Pierce & Sam Evans 9. Tom Haverford & Ann Perkins 8. Angel & Cordelia Chase 7. Andy Bernard & Angela Martin 6. Jackie Burkhart & Fez 5. Blair Waldorf & Dan Humphrey 4. i know im late but bellamy and echo should have been here. she betrayed him causing his ex and 49 of his people to die, which led to all that shit of him siding with pike and taking a darker turn that eventually made bellamy hate himself. Echo also almost killed his sister twice
but then we are supposed to believe that he somehow forgave her during these six years. it would at least be more believable if it wasnt offscreen. but their chemistry is non-existent and theyre arguably the worst couple that the 100 ever came up with

Toxic relationships from PLL are definitely Emison & Ezria: Ali was the one, who manipulated with everyone all the time. Paige was actually better choice for Emily. Ezra was the biggest liar and the most hypocritical person I have ever seen on screen. And Spaleb wasn't toxic, but it was definitely wrong - zero chemistry + I would never dated my best friend's love interest.
TVD - Delena, Steroline (wrong, wrong, WRONG)
OUAT - CaptainSwan isn't that bad, but I prefer Emma & Graham or Emma & Neal.

Pretty much all the couples I've heard of have me going They should have been endgame! Actually all of the couples I've heard of were better than what WERE endgame. Paige is unpleasant to Emily for half a season at most, Alison spends at least five seasons being unremittingly toxic towards her and isn't even gay and she's the ones we're meant to be rooting for as Emily's true love?

Honestly Britney and Sam shouldnt have been on this list, they obviously shouldnt have ended up together and if Britney and Santana hadnt had ended up together I would have passed away but their relationship was so entertaining and extra I found it so fun to watch, they should have been replaced with like Sam and Rachel or Dave and Kurt

My number one worst relationship: MsMojo and me- For disparaging Cangel. 1. They never got to actually be together. 2. Actions speak louder than words with them which is more than I can say about the nonsensical Bangel speak 3. Nice to know you biasedly support Bangel in multiple videos. When it is both boring and pedophiliac.

I never liked the idea of Joey and Rachel in the first place. But they dedicated almost an entire season to them falling for each other, only to make them last for 3 episodes. They ruined so much time for nothing, that was my most annoying moments of Friends. I can't explain in words how much I was irritated by all these.

Im so happy Steve and Robin didnt get together and the fact that she was gay so it never coulda happened anyways, but still, their such good friends, and Im so happy they finally introduced a LGBTQ+ character to the show, hopefully next season she finds a girl she likes

I actually like Brittany and sam Tom and Ann was the worst thing to come out of parks and rec. Jackie shouldve ended up with Hyde I dont know why everyone likes Dan and Blair it was so weird and boring Rachel and Joey is one of the worst couples in tv history

I think with Mon-El, they were definitely trying to make him seem like a flawed character. But they did too many flaws. And even with arc, they kept pushing so hard on his flaws. And it is good to have a flawed character, but they overdid it with Mon-El.

How dare you insult Bram. I love them. Everyone takes them to be awful when really the only bad thing about it was that it stood in the way of the better couple, Brittana. And it was a nice break from the constant ups and down of the three key couples.

it was plot twisted for friends and maybe PLL but it was interesting to see and how they reacted to it even though matt leblanc and jen aniston hated that plot twist yes it was odd but kinda unsatisfying that someone wanted to do that plot twist
reply

There was nothing wrong with Britney and Sam. The real toxic was Santana manipulating Britney's entire life multiple times and ruining her relationships with other men so she could have her. If a man had done that people would have issues.
reply

You should replace Jamie and Cersei with Jon and Dany, who were also related and made no GD sense at all. Jamie and Cersei were gross, but also essential to the plot. Jon and Dany were just all around weird.
reply

Couldn't Pam and Roy from the Office been here? Even though they were engaged, they had to date first. Sure, maybe they once cared about each other, but they were always very clearly awful together.
reply

Ok I don't ship Bram cause I love Brittana but it was pretty messed up for Santana to interfere with their relationship in season 4, especially when she told Sam he was just a phase for Brittany
reply

Im sorry, but I loved when Mon-El was dating Kara. He changed during their relationship and it was awesome. If he hadnt married from the future, they probably wouldve gotten married.
reply

Debbie and Alex
Lip and Helene and Karen
Fiona and Robbie and Sean and Ford
Carl and kassidy
Ian and kash and Trevor and Caleb
Kev & v and Svetlana
Frank and Dottie

Out of all the couples, Sam and Brit are the worst? Blaine and Dave? Sam and Rachel? Terri and Will? Santana and Dave? Kurt and The old guy? Kurt and the British guy? Like.
reply

What I loved belle and rumpelstiltskin, but they did break up a lot. But that doesnt mean that they should never have dated. Because of belle he wanted to be a better man.
reply

I still refuse to watch the episodes with Joey dating Rachel. Also, Jackie and Hyde should have not been split apart. Don't even get me started on Angel and Cordelia! Ugh!
reply

Asher and Michela from how to get away with murder because they like sitcom couple she serious and he is goofy and more fighting more than having good time.
reply

Can you do a whole list on the terrible plots Andy brought to the office? Honestly the only time he was funny was when Dwight was messing with him over Angela.
reply

Mon-El and Kara? Really? Jimmy and Kara was way worst. Jaimie and Cersei, come on, Jon and Dhaenerys was the worst couple ever, that one was really good.
reply

I'm sorry, but I totally disagree on Belle and Rumpel being an honorable mention here. They were adorable and had amazing chemistry. I loved them.
reply

Noooo Angel and Cordy were one of my favourite couples ever. no-one understood Angel, accepted him and loved him more than Cordy. You heard me Bangels.
reply

Joey and Dawson from Dawson's Creek
I don't think they ever had a moment where I said awww. That relationship only brought trouble.

reply

If Jamie and Cersi were not together, the show wouldn't have been as great. Joffrey was an excellent villian and Jamie arc was great.
reply

I actually liked Brittany and Sam fron Glee together, they had the same amount of crazy. The true cringe couple was Sam and Rachel
reply

I will die on that hill but Dan and Blair were my most favourite couple on the show. if the writers committed, it might be great.
reply

I think Angela only got with Andy to destroy him because of what he did to Dwight regardless if she was mad at Dwight she loved him
