Lathan Cole from The Lone Range (2013) is a good example of Suprise Disney Villain. I mean, he looked and acted like a nice guy and well meaning business guy at first, but then he revaled his true colors as a rude, corrupt and cold-hearted war criminal who would do anything to get money and power by taking over the railroad company even if he had to orchestrate a fake comanche war with the help of his brother Butch Cavendish and his gang, kill the Lone Rangers Brother and Tontos tribe and manipulate the cavalry to wipe out the remain tribes and dig up ilegal silver.

Michael Goob Yagoobian aka, the Bowler Hat Guy from Meet the Robinsons.
This mustache-twirling baddie from the future appears at Lewis science fair to sabotage his project in order to ruin his life. In the films Climax, we discover that hes actually Goob, Lewiss roommate from the orphanage, who went down said path because his projects kept him awake at night, causing him to fall asleep at his Baseball championship and lose.

My son says: You put Evelyn Deavor above Mr. Waternoose, and included Ernesto de la Cruz but not AUTO! What the heck! Ernesto and Evelyn are two of Pixar's worst villains and you give them a higher spot than two of its best!
And Hans over Stinky Pete! Seriously? Hans is one of the most boring and annoying villains out there, and you pick him over one of Pixar's greatest antagonists!
And Bellwether at No. 1? Why must you hurt me in these ways?

Te Ka/Te Fiti seemed like a reverse character on this list. Most of them were people wee thought were actually good people that turned out to be evil. But, Te Ka was the othe way around. Te Ka was a villain that turned out to be a tortured hero that didn't even want to be evil. She was kind of forced since she no longer had a heart and, with the way most shows and games portray it, no way of feeling compassion or kindness anymore.

I dont know about you guys but why would Mike and Sullys bad boss wanted to kidnap poor little children? Doesnt he know that just like the monster kids, the human kids have families? If he takes them away, theyll be heartbroken.
Not to mention the angry mob that will come after who ever are the ones who kidnapped their children or even hear about the children have been murdered.

Tbh its not racial discrimination against blacks, its more to white and police. George Flyod was a criminal, yes the cops shouldnt have killed him. Everywhere on tv when it happened portrayed the police horribly for killing a black guy. Yet when police kill a white guy it doesnt get much on the news. They only like to portray the truth, NOT!

I just realized something they actually left a clue to waternoose being the villain of the movie, Randalls secret lair, if Randall had it this whole time how did the boss never know about it? And where did get the stuff for the scream extractor theres only one person who could of helped him with everything the boss himself

Dawn Bellweather was actually the most obvious to me. She clearly hates her job and obviously dislikes Mayor Lionheart who constantly mistreats and over works her. It is obvious she wanted him to take the fall.

I knew Hans wasn't going to be Anna's true love, but I was just expecting the kiss to not work. He seemed like such a generous leader while Anna was out looking for Elsa, I wasn't expecting him to actually be evil
