Im truly about Michael and Kelly because the chemistry on screen was phenomenal. If Disney offered him a promotion and said keep it quiet until. he did exactly what Kelly would have done if it was reversed. If he went seeking a new position on his own and it was approved, he should have told Disney I wanna tell Kelly in private first because she gave me a wonderful start in a career change. But this not being friends still is sad, be the adult set up a meeting, laying all on the table, apologizing. ask for forgiveness, eat crow, smile, thank each other for all the positives, shake hands or hug and move forward. Time is too short and youre both grown with adult children. Lead by example for their futures. Peace be still

I couldn't stand how Kelly Osbourne handled the Giuliana Rancic situation. Fashion Police was based on a group making comments about what celebs wore. The comments were often funny, and many times got personal. Joan Rivers stepped over the line on a regular basis, from fat shaming to culturally insensitive comments, and Kelly apparently had no problem with it. Giuliana made one comment that she apologized for when she realized how people took it (something Joan certainly never did, and Kelly quits in self righteous indignation. Give me a break!

The Patchouli and weed thing was misunderstood and NO ONE will admit that to this day! Patchouli is not a (typically) Black thing, it's a Hippie thing (weed, however, is universal. THAT'S WHAT THE JOKE MEANT. I think Zendaya did herself a disservice by not calling this one out, avoiding being used as a victim in cheap gotcha journalism.
