-Quite an intimidating villain, shrouded in mystery, I can't wait to see where the show goes.
King Andrias - Amphibia
-It turns out in True Colors, he really is pure evil. Wanting the calamity box to pursue his own desire for conquest.
Bradford Buzzard - Ducktales (2017)
-True, he doesn't view himself as a villain per se. On one hand, his actions DEFINITELY land him in as an antagonist. On the other hand, he has a point. to an extent.
Chip Whistler - Big City Greens
-Am I the only one who views him as a cautionary tale as to how this can happen to any company? Just take a look at what happened to EA and Konami!
Don Karnage - Talespin, Ducktales (2017)
-Such a memorable villain, they brought him back for a second show!
Alador and Odalia Blight - The Owl House
-While Alador seems to be the more sensible of the two, Odalia meanwhile DEFINITELY lived up to the hate when these two were teased as silhouettes in Season 1 where we witnessed their emotional manipulation of their youngest daughter, Amity. Odalia was even willing to have Amity's friends expelled and have Luz killed just to uphold the family name. Even her husband, Alador, seemed to think the latter option was going too far.

mozenrath was such a good paring against Aladdin. once you consider both their fathers
Jafar, the greatest sorcerer in all the lands, whos biggest fault was how bat-shit crazy he was
Cassim alternatively was the greatest of all thieves, the king of these even! his biggest fault was that he was addicted to the life and to the thrill of adventure. he became a thief oof course to try to help his family but he convinced himself he was too ashamed to return
Mozenrath improves on his father, by not only being greater of a threat but also much cooler headed then his father
Aladdin in turn improves on his father, where he's an arguably even greater thief but humble, and only takes what he needs to lie, and puts everyone else before himself when it comes to family and friends, without a seccond thought.
they both improve on their fathers in both craft and character, but while Aladdin becomes a better person mozenrath simply seeks to be stronger and more accomplished, out of a lust for power much like his father

Oh every like TV Disney show baddy is my favorite but right now my absolute favorite Disney TV show baddy is negaduck because ever since that season to Darkwing duck episode and since we got confirmed that theres going to be a reboot Darkwing duck show it just seems right for me and I particularly love the character negaduck because he literally comes from like an evil universe and its fun and hes literally like one of the meanest villains in a Disney TV show besides like toffee or Bill or lord dominator but but yeah he hes my favorite

As someone who was extremely excited to see Negaduck in DuckTales 2017, it was very disappointing to not see him do anything afterward. This may be because they are leaving it for the rumored Darkwing Duck reboot, and him being in DuckTales would not really work because in Lets Get Dangerous, Bulba worked because he served as a way to bring Gosalynn into the cast and show Bradfords true colors to Clan McDuck.

Dr. Doofenshmirtz may be the main villain of Phineas and Ferb, but hes more of a hoot than he is horrible. In my opinion, even though he didnt make the list and is superseded in evil by his sidekick Shego, Dr. Drakken is a legitimate threat to society in the world of Kim Possible. I cant say the same for Doofenshmirtz.

I am REALLY interested to debate on who would win overall in a war between each of the top 10. My money would go on Bill and Xanatos being the last ones standing, but I don't know who would win between them, as Bill is the ultimate deal-maker while Xanatos is a master manipulator.

I feel sorry for Dr. Doof he had such a shitty childhood. Heck his parents didn't even show up to his birth. which doesn't make sense. I theorize that he was born then the parents up and left. But hey it's just a cartoon and they don't usually make sense anyway.

Due to my huge reaction and others, seems that Mother Gothel is the very first Disney Villain to have a child in history but was excluded from the film. Cassandra was nice and tough but after knowing the truth, she turned out to be just like her mother

The DT reboot had such a great opportunity to reboot the DWD series, the introduction was just so perfect. And the end bit, oh man, so awesome.

I prefer the 2017's version of Negaduck over 1990's version. There's more drama and the story make more sense. Shame he only had one appearance before the series ended.
