SPOILER ALERT DONT READ PAST THE SIGN IF YOU HAVENT WATCHED SEASON 7
i just dont get the hate clarke got for leaving bellamy to die. He literally put Madi in so much danger by giving her the flame against clarke's will. Madi was everything to clark. she was all she had for 6 years. Yet, bellamy went and put the flame in her head. I totally understand clarke's decision. and let's not forget (s7 SPOILER) that bellamy was practically the reason clarke lost Madi at the end after revealing the bardo guards that it was Madi's sketchbook. He did betray them all during season 7 just after his journey to discover the light when he revealed to the shepherd that clarke didnt have the AI. Also betrayed clarke when she came to him after the trikru massacre in season 3 and was going to take her to pike if not for octavia stopping him. Finally, I absolutely love Bellamy Blake, but most of the time he is not held accountable for what he has done, like when jasper only blamed monty and clarke for mount weather while bellamy pulled the lever aswell.
Also something i never got is blaming octavia for the 400 dead of wonkru in the battle of shallow valley!
It clearly was Kane's fault even if octavia did push towards the war, if not for kane and diyoza revealing the whole plans, Wonkru would've won and shallow Valley wouldn't've been doestroyed, so when Octavia blames KAnes in season 6, she was 100% right. Also people tend to overhate octavia while she lost literally everyone she has ever loved or even liked. Starting with her mother and Atom in season one, Lincoln in season 3, Illian in season 4 and then Bellamy in season 7. She had to be a leader while she had always been a warrior. Hating octavia even after watching season 5 episode 2 makes no sense. She never wanted that. Skaikru's rebellion basically caused the whole Blodreina situation since she HAD to be respected at first and then she went to the dark side. One of the only good things about season 7 is Octavia's amazing development thanks to hope and her saving Humanity alongside with Raven (yet another character that suffered way too much)

For me, the biggest betrayal was Lexa leaving Clarke at Mt. Weather, even if she kind of apologizes through Madi, I still feel like it's a punch to my gut, not because I ever shipped them, since it retroactively made Finn's death for the Sky/Grounder alliance completely needlessly. If Clarke had known that then she wouldn't have any problem plunging the knife into her heart instead of the boy she loved and with betraying that alliance Lexa made by Clarke's killing and when Finn died, there was no love between them at the point and Clarke would have seen her simply as someone trying to kill a person she loved and we all know what Clarke could do to those people. Lexa would have been on the receiving end of Clarke's merciless ruthless side.
reply

Lexa didnt only betrayed Clarke in Mount Weather she betrayed all Skikru, deliquents, Raven, Wick and Bellamy who put himself in the most dangerous position, got tortured by Mountain Men and did everything to make this mission success even though his only family was in danger in TonDC but he trusted Clarke and Lexa to keep her safe(he trusted to wrong persons)
And Clarke didnt only betrayed Bellamy as leaving him on the fighting pit she betrayed Indra the person who helped her and Gaia too.

i get that Clarke has betrayed a lot of people, but it was always through trying to save those she cared about. It still annoys me she was never really forgiven after mount weather when other characters did a whole lot of horrible things for much mroe selfish/less noble reasons. Bellamy got forgiven pretty damn quickly after pike, we're on s7 and people sort of like clarke again, but, not really
reply

When Murphy gets hanged mercilessly for the crime he never committed and then gets Banished f for the grounders to kill him. But when Bellamy destroyed radio to protect his own very self which caused 300 people on the ark to die in the culling. And he was treated as the hero later on. For me It was the most upsetting scene of the series.

Betrayals in show felt crucial every time. I mean they felt real and for example when Lexa betrayed Clark it literally felt like she really put her people over everything abd she has strict reasons and you can't blame her. Even there is a lot of characters who came through betrayals so many times usually the one who betrayed had reasons
reply

Lexa dishonored her agreement for alliance proving how unworthy she and Trikru were. The fact she is forgiven and worked with later make Clarke look pathetic. Most of characters are easy to dislike but Clarke and Lexa both are despicable. If Im Clarke in that moment, I run her deceptive, unethical, lying ass thru right there
reply

Clarke shooting Bellamy. Shit was the worst betrayal ever tbh.
It hurt so much Murphy actually cried for him when the only other person he cries for is Emori.
It dont help nobody slid fro Bellamy Echo aka Ash & Octavia should've got it back in blood & left her for dead.

reply

Lexa leaving everyone in Tondc to die and betraying Clarke in Mount Weather are the worse because many innocent people died nomatter of her excuses. Belamy's massacre of grounders army was bad too but at least those once had a chance, they could defense themselves.
reply

I dont care about Clarke AT ALL so anytime anything bad happens to her Im either cheering or dont care. I already didnt really like her but when she betrayed them. I HATED HER! Shes probably one of my least favorite characters of all time.
reply

People who havent finished S7 yet wouldnt know this
When Bellamy told The Shepherd that the flame was gone, he betrayed Clarke and the others because he believed him. The sherpard knowing the flame existed was what kept them alive

reply

Clarke and Bellamy are my least favorite characters on the show so when they betrayed their friends I hated them even more. But Clarkes like my least LEAST favorite. My favorites are Octavia, Lincoln, Jasper, Monty and Lexa.
reply

I do not think that when Bellamy poisons her sister should be this high, it should be into the honorable mentions. He did that to save everyone because Octavia really lost her mind at this moment
reply

Spoiler s7
Bellamy lowest moment by now is when he betrayes everyone telling the Shepard Clarke didn't had the flame.
[Spoiler 7x13,
this didn't age well. I'm going to miss him so much. ]

reply

i hate lexa for betraying clarke, never forgave her after that. i hated octavia after she won the conclave but i forgave her in the last season. finn and bellamy are better for and with clarke
reply

I don't know but Octavia burning the farm really made me sad, it was an ultimate betrayal for Monty. And even after what Monty did for them O still called her a coward. Like girl?
reply

I understand the Orlando betrayal, it was logical for them. And abby didnt turn Jake in, she was hoping Jaha would talk some sense into Jake but they exhaled him instead
reply

The truth is I don't know how these people can be friends after everything they did among them maybe because there is no one else. as it is your only option to socialize
reply

Nr. 1 for me 27 hours before the finale starts to be aired: Clarke shots Bellamy, and already moments later (next Episode) we see that it was absolutely for nothing: X
reply

Time to add the last Bellamy's betrayal now. Or maybe Bellamy just died on that planet and disciple Blake wasn't actually Bellamy, I don't know what to think anymore
reply

Octavia was mad annoying in Season 5. And can someone tell me how the hell she survived that fall off the cliff when echo put a sword through her stomach then she fell?
reply

the biggest betrayal I have seen is Jason's quality of writing that degraded as the seasons go by. Man, I didn't sign up for this (but still like the ending tho)
reply

Okay, but another betrayal that broke my heart was when Clarke and Bellamy pulled the handle in Mount Weather. I know they needed to do it but it hurt so much
reply

Bellamy becoming a sheep and his actions after, was the biggest of all. I'm surprised it's not on the list, maybe this post was made before that episode
reply

Hate what the writer did to Bellamy, he had such a strong character development going that was thrown in the garbage for the last 3 seasons. Saddd
reply

they should have mentioned what happen at praimfaya when clarke saved everyone and raven didn't wait at least a couple of seconds for clarke
reply

Lets be real the ark floated people for stealing blankets the grounders send kids to fight to the death is body snatching really that bad?
reply

im sorry i get hella piss when ppl blame stuff on clarke. bruh like she DID IT FOR YOU! the bravest bares it so no one has to goddamn
reply

Clarke abandoning Bellamy is not the biggest betrayal, her shooting him in the chest is the biggest (and most unnecessary) betrayal.
reply

I know the biggest betrayal. Jason killing everyone who we love, Lexa, Madi, almost and probably Emori, Lincoln. Should i go on?
