As the daughter of a Vietnam vet, I want to call out the haters on here attacking Fondas anti-Vietnam war actions who are real hypocrites. They forget to mention how much she has apologized over the past 45+ yrs for the actions she took that went over the line. She actually admits she was wrong to do the extremely offensive things. Can anybody say that about the idiot who just got booted out of the White House after 4 yrs of sucking up to a dictator whos responsible for thousands of deaths? (Good luck with any apologies or remorse there, IMHO) And none of these haters mention the millions of Americans who opposed that war, including a lot of people who were not hippies, and a lot of vets, including my Dad, who just had a heros funeral with military honors, in 2019.

Hanoi Jane shouldve face charges after her visit to Hanoi. She should have gone to prison for giving aid and comfort to the enemy. Her performance on the North Vietnamese antiaircraft gun was worse than disgusting. Her films can disintegrate into nothingness for all I care.

No, no, no, no. Her treatment of the Vietnam veterans was inexcusable. Protest the war, sure. Her treatment of the young men who served, though, will always ruin her reputation to me. Big FAIL on this one.

Didn't like the way she treated American prisoners in Viet name. They gave her notes to pass on and she gave them to their guards. She never did any prison time.
