Great Amazing Evolution of the Walt Disney Animated Theatrical Release Movies.
As much as I hate Disney Today but Ill admit that they made almost pretty good animated movies back in the past and I do enjoy some of their movies as and some of my favorites growing like
1. Dinosaur 2000
2. The Lion King
3. Meet the Robinsons
4. Zootopia
5. Big Hero 6
6. Wreck it Ralph
Honestly, those are my favorite Disney movies and those are the only good Disney movies I love and still do to this day and this is where Disney used to be really good with their amazing animated classics back in the past.
Animat is sure gonna enjoy this because hes a huge fan of animated movies and a huge Disney fan than me.

My favorite era is the Renaissance Era. In the future it would be nice to see Disney either make another hand drawn film or make a fully 2D/3D combined movie (similar to what Paperman was.
I noticed a few mistakes in the video:
The Black Cauldron was the first Disney animated feature to use CGI, not The Great Mouse Detective.
Winnie the Pooh (2011) was the last hand drawn film we've had so far, not The Princess and the Frog.

Sure, they're CGI has vastly improved, but Evolution implies everything got better, yet they've practically abandoned 2D animation altogether to the point, when I hear a new Disney movie is coming my first thoughts are is it another shitty souless live action remake or another 3D because we don't care about 2D anymore despite that being what got us here in the first place movie?

Maybe because Im a huge Classic Hollywood nerd but my favorite Disney eras are the Golden and Silver ages. But I do have a special place in my heart for the Disney renaissance. Also the wartime era created some beautiful and entertaining movies that Im going to show my future kids. Cinderella is my favorite Disney movie, especially at this time in my life I really need that film. Point blank, I just love Disney.

And before anybody says And include The Owl House, please, that show has the best LGBTQ+ representation in Disney (and probably has even better LGBTQ+ representation than even She-Ra. Disney may have its ups and downs, but theres not denying that going from the Silly Symphonies to pioneer the first full length animated film in less than 10 years is an achievement. And they eventually embraced the use of CG animation in the new millennium when their traditional animation wasnt as successful, but they will still deliver hand drawn from time to time

As animation evoles we all think those characters where real like real living things but they don't exist maybe in another dimension they do my childhood was amazing by thinking they where real but in their world they maybe are and don't believe in other realities.

Is it me or there was big leap of improvement between Little Mermaid and Beauty and The Beast, and were talking about what? 2 years? Beauty and The Beast makes Little Mermaid seems like a much older picture and it was just two or three years older.

I was born in 1986 so my first Disney experience was The Little Mermaid and so on, for me the 90s bought Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and The Lion King amongst others. Whilst the new ones are good you cant argue with the classics.

I'm not a big fan of 3D animation in general. I prefer 2D. I often compare it to photographs and oil paintings. While photographs are ultra realistic, there's a magic and beauty to oil paintings that just can't be replicated.
