How did you leave out the best How I Met Your Mother foreshadowing? Where Ted meets up with a stripper named Tracy. Cut to future Ted Saying that's how he met their mother. Then he says he's just joking. But that joke would only work if that was in fact their mom's name. They had not revealed the mother's name yet in the show. It did end up being Tracy. They technically revealed her name in that ep and no one noticed.

A foreshadow moment I don't think some people remember is on Buffy the Vampire Slayer when in season three Cordelia is trying to wake up Giles who has been knocked out(a regular occurrence for him) and she says One of these days you're going to wake up in a coma which Giles laughs at. Cut to six years later on the spin-off show Angel Cordelia literally wakes up from a coma herself.

Battlestar Galactica did a lot of foreshadowing with Starbuck's final fate. Doctor Who and River Song's storyline was hugely foreshadowed between series 5 and 6 and most of Matt Smiths stories were heavily hidden in Easter Eggs. 'Silence Is All Around Us' in the Christmas episode is also a big signpost of the forthcoming big bad.

John gets a lot of hate in Supernatural and most of it is deserved but Mary gets off to easy. She was raised a hunter and should have known not to make a deal with a demon, but ok she did, than instead on keeping an eye on her family and preparing John she sleeps and tells him nothing. Than she comes back and hurts them again.

No one is ever going to be a fan of the music you force upon us. Please stop allowing whatever employee to convince you to promote her boyfriends band because they just need a break and will totally become huge! They wont and it just cheapens the work that you do.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, The Miniature Killer. You found out in the 7th season finale that she killed spurred by her phobia of bleach. But if you look at the methods of killing, the first letter of each one spell out the word bleach.

There's one in Grey's Anatomy aswell. Amelia had a fight with Meredith and told her that Meredith had no right to judge her considering Meredith never lost the love of her life while Amelia did. A few episodes later Derek died.

On HIMYM there were a lot of clues
showing that the mom was dead.
In one episode Ted talked about
moving on after you lose someone
you love. There was also clues that
Robin and Barney were going to divorce.

Willow's spell didn't create her doppelganger, it brought her over from the alternate timeline Anya created as a vengeance demon to grant Cordelia's wish after she and Xander broke up.

In supernatural there was also when Sam points towards Dean when hes talking about Michael in season 2, foreshadowing Dean being the Michael Sword. Not sure if it was intentional though

Buffy was notorious for foreshadowing though. Dawn being mentioned in season 3 before she appeared in season 5. that was just one. There are lots of others.

Garnets door in Steven universe.
When she opens the door two gems on the star light, instead of just one. Hinting that garnet is a fusion.
