I didn't watch the billboards so the only outfits I've seen are the ones here & personally my faves were Becky G, Prianka, & Sophia Carson. Taylor's performance was stunning but that red carpet outfit looked like it came out of the rag bag! Her onstage outfit wasn't that bad tho! Brenden Urie could wear a gunny sack & he'd still be super hot!
