Spare me. Most of these seriously lame (Mean Girls) suggestions are from twentyandthirty somethings who missed the Golden Age of Broadway and are wholly clueless about the classics. Because, the funniest song in the history of musical theatre (bless you Stephen Sondheim and Jules Styne) is, of course, Gotta Get a Gimmick from Gypsy. Once I was a schlepper, now I'm Miss Mazeppa. If you wanna bump it, bump it with a trumpet! If you wanna make it, twinkle while you shake it. You can pull all the stops out, 'til they call the cops out.
And right behind that is Put 'em Back the Way They Wuz from Lil' Abner They wuz vile-lookin' varments wearing vile-lookin' garments. They was dumb, they was heathen', but at least they was breathin. Nothing from Avenue Q, Mean GIrls, Hamilton, Beetlejuice (seriously, etc, etc, etc, even comes close. Because musical theatre is more than some gussied up national tour that is only on the road to make money at your local Shriner's auditorium, which, clearly, is where most of these insipid suggestions were first seen.

Screw Loose from Crybaby should be on here. Funniest song ever. It's insane both lyrically and vocally. It's incredibly to fun to perform. It leads the performer to play with it both physically and vocally, and be as crazy as possible, while the lyrics are straight up hilarious. Lenora sings a song for Crybaby, denying and admitting her craziness and obsession over him and how she stalks him because she has a crush on him, and the bat shit crazy things she does and will do for him. Clearly a bipolar and obsessive character. But she was the best character in the musical. I had a blast performing the song.

Avenue Q had puppets made by someone who used to be on the Muppets team, so they were as realistic as possible. Some of the puppeteers also. I saw it when it was in previews: it was so funny I nearly fell out of my seat laughing. Since I was in the last row of the mezzanine, and there were stairs directly in front of me, that would have been dire. (My obit would have been he died laughing) The songs weren't just upbeat, they were in the style of Sesame Street songs: I saw it a second time with a friend and he pointed out to me that every song is a counterpoint to a Sesame Street song.

I've always liked 'Shy' and 'Happily Ever After' from 'Once Upon a Mattress', 'Adelaide's Lament' from 'Guys and Dolls', 'Free' and 'Comedy Tonight' from 'A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum', among many others. All of these can get stuck in my head for days. For a change, I totally agree with your choice for Number One.
I know it's not Broadway, but I also love the song 'Prestige' from 'The Pied Piper of Hamlin' (1957, sung by Claude Rains, with Doodles Weaver and company. It's considered to be the first movie especially made for TV;

I don't think Turn It Off is exactly funny.
Might be because I've heard similar advice, hated it, and been, well, rather turned off by it.
Turn off the switch does not work.
Not for me, anyway.
And before you say That's what's funny about it. It's kind of not. More like alarming and depressing.
And I'm not that easily alarmed or depressed compared to some people.
Difference in taste, I suppose.
Most of these other ones are funny. Good picks. I just wouldn't have picked that particular one.

This list is so wrong it's not even funny. By far (and I mean BY FAR) the funniest songs in musical theater are from StarKid Productions. Just from Twisted alone you get 'Dream a Little Harder', 'I Steal Everything', 'Orphaned at Thirty-Three' and 'No One Remembers Achmed'. Oregon Trail also had 'Gone to Oregon', 'independence! ', and 'Wagon on Fire'. There's so many you could do a top-10 list of funny songs solely from StarKid Productions' shows.

A lot of your runner-ups are really very good. Actually I could probably make a Top 10 list just from them.
Getting Married Today is one of my favorites of all time for funny songs from musicals. Check out the video with Julie Andrews doing that one, she's fabulous. And I wish I could sing that fast. The patter outpatters some of the best of Gilbert and Sullivan. (Not all of it, just some of it)

Here are my favorite ones, many arent Broadway:
Agony (into the woods)
There, right there (legally blonde)
Dentist! (Little shop)
A little priest (Sweeney Todd)
Prologue (great comet)
President Chester Thomas (the great moon hoax)
Doing this (spies are forever)
Blue (heathers-out of context)
The dynamic duet (holy musical bman-in context)
No reason (beetlejuice)

These are all good, and high profile, but Salzburg from Bells are Ringing is awfully fun and clever. Coffee Break and I Believe in You from How to Succeed in Business are hilarious, especially in context, and I Love Play Rehearsal from Be More Chill is delightful. Maybe do a top 50. Lol

The first one that came to mind was The Grass is Always Greener from Woman of the Year:
You raised a teenage daughter - that's wonderful!
What's so wonderful? - First you find her diaphragm.
I could use a husband
You can have my husband
I've already had your husband

Okay. I found one that didn't make your list but should've at least gotten an honorable mention. He Did It from Curtains. if you don't know it, it's a murder/mystery/comedy musical with David Hyde Pierce! It's a lot of fun!

I don't think Gee, Officer Krupke is very funny at all. Yes, it has more levity than the rest of the show. But it is still tragic. If anything, it makes you realize the full tragedy of the story and the characters.

I know this is weird, but for happy broadway songs, I would pick I'm Alive from Next To Normal. It's a very lighthearted song in a sad musical, and the way Aaron Tveit from the OBC sings it is magnificent.

The Butler's Song from the short-lived musical So Long 174th Street and sung by the inimitable George S Irving is THE ultimate funniest I've seen in 50 plus years of theater going. It will never be matched!

Including Getting Married Today only as an Honorable Mention is shameful! (And I know it has a gajillion fans, but must Hamilton appear in every MsMojo list about Broadway? It's starting to seem like it)

Nerd alert!
I used to recommend that everyone in D2 have a Sorceress character for utility equipment grinding.
I stated it as everybody ought to have a mage/everybody ought to have a working girl.

Master of the House! Turn it off! Officer Krupke! Three of my favorites.
One you didn't mention but is deserving A Little Priest from Sweeny Todd by Christine Baransky or Helena Bonham Carter.

What Did I Miss? from Hamilton is hilarious!
Two songs from one of my all time favorite musicals deserve a mention: I'm only thinking of him and I Like Him, both from Man of La Mancha.

I like that Gee officer Krupke made this list. I have to say, as someone in education, it is also the most real to life song in a musical. 2nd May be it sucks to be me.
