That's pretty cool, but the honorable mention comments deserves a lot better if you could remake into Top 20, im just saying, but here's my own.
Tweety Bird from Looney Tunes: Probably the OG adorableness that could kill you, this cutesy little bird like to sits on his swing and singing, but not before when Sylvester Pussycat shows up, he'll always got some either unexpected obstacles to fight back with various items as weapons or even beat the heck out of Pussycat.
Jerry from Tom and Jerry: Another classic cute one from the past, he's a wild mouse who's always looking for food like cheese, but he's downright BRUTAL to humiliating with bunch of tricks and death traps at Tom.
Twilight Sparkle: The main of the Mane 6, she's more of a helpful unicorn to alicorn to bring peace of friendship and her element of magic. But of course, whether she helps with her important friends or on her own, she uses her magical skills to fight back, especially with her epic battle with Tirek
Sandy Cheeks from SpongeBob SquarePants: Famously being SpongeBob's best friend in Bikini Bottom for some adventure, but she's certainly a tomboy that she'll probably bite back.

3. Lots-o-Hugging Bear
It was tough between 1 and 2 and between Lots-o-Hugging Bear and Mrs. Bellwether, they both have manipulated a lot of characters, but Lotso takes third for his physical act and dark personality. Also it's baby over cat in top 2 by cuteness, do you agree?

Well, the PPG HAVE mercilessly murdered, mutilated and tortured countless monsters and villains. Not that they shouldn't fight evil but sometimes they're more ruthless and almost more evil than the villains themselves, especially when they seem to enjoy it, like when they deform Mojo's brain multiple times.

I had no idea Bunnicula was a series! I probably wouldve liked it; I liked the books as a kid. Wonder if they had Howliday Inn? And was Chester a character? He was great.
I wouldve gone old school and added Care Bears. Theyre sweet, cuddly, helpful, but completely unpredictable when they do the Care Bear Stare.

Another cute but deadly character is Robotboy. Only two in a half foot tall that can activate into a seven foot tall killing machine. But in the end, he's just a robotic version of Pinocchio and cares dearly for his friends and family.
