Clarence Nash would also dub himself as Donald Duck in multiple languages back in the day, he was probably one of if not the first examples, he wanted to persevere Donalds unique voice in each language, since international voice actors have since learned to mimic his voice probably the most famous being the multi talented Japanese voice actor Koichi Yamadera.

Here's a non-English dubbing example. Toru Tanabe, the German voice of Ken Watanabe, dubs his performance as the decoy Ra's al Ghul in Batman Begins in German, French, and European Spanish. This isn't surprising, as Toru Tanabe is fluent in his native Japanese, German, French, Mandarin Chinese, and English.

I'm surprised Sandra Bullock isn't on here. Her German is very good. Idk if she's fluent but she certainly sounds like it.
Also I know this doesn't really fit the criteria for this list but it's worth noting that Phil Collins recorded all his Tarzan songs in 6 different languages.

Here's a funny inversion: when The Terminator was dubbed into German back in 84, they got someone else to dub the Terminator. Their reasoning was that no one in Germany would believe that the unstoppable badass robot would have Arnold Schwarzenegger's Austrian accent.

charlotte Rampling dubbed her character in street dance 3d in French and in: orca, stardust memories, the verdit, angel heart, crime against humanity, basic instinct 2, Babylon a d, melancholia, red sparrow, kidnapping and dexter.

Top 3 (In my opinion):
1. Jackie Chan
2. Danny Devito
3. Antonio Banderas
These are the only celebs I know on this list (Except Vin Diesel, but he's an honorable mention, so he doesn't count.

8: 04 Antonio Banderas never voiced Puss in Catalan. It was Albert Mieza who voiced him in that language. Also in Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, he didn't reprise his role in Italian for an unknown reason.
reply

I've mentioned Haza's impressive skill in singing her lines in 17 languages here before, but HOT DAMN
She had some great skill to be able to dub her lines that many languages for just one film

reply

i would LOVE to see the celebs reaction to their own dubs in different languages like oh, thats what i would sound like in 'insert language here', i cant find that anywhere T_T
reply

I was absolutely shocked at Danny Lavito voicing The Lorax in multiple languages, and the live actions films. Also, for Coco, Hectors VA voices him in both English and Spanish.

This particular List is has an Inclusive feel that's quite Refreshing! Also: Anything with (Antonio Banderas) gets my attention. What a Blast it must be to work with him.
reply

I love how much Antonio Banderas loves playing Puss in Boots. An utterly perfect actor/character match up if there ever was one.
edit: I can spell

Benjamin Bratt is bilingual. He speaks English and Spanish. He played Spanish characters on Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs, Despicable Me 2 and Coco.

if I don't see Ofra Haza (Moses's mother Jochebed in Prince of Egypt #maysherestinpeace) we riot
also
OH MY GOD DANNY DEVITO I LOVE YOUR WORK

reply

I remember hearing Danny DeVito in the german trailer and thought: Dafuq thats not him.
Cause I only recognised his dub actor in his movies.

reply

The fact that Antonio Banderas Puss voice pretty much sounds the same in every language just proves how amazing of an actor he really is!
reply

7: 15 He did the same in German for Baron Helmut Zemo in The First Avenger: Civil War, the German dub for Captain America: Civil War.
reply

Hey, MsMojo. What about Shakira? She did the voice of Gazelle in the 2016 Disney film, Zootopia in English and Latin American Spanish.

reply

Been a fan of Antonio Banderas since he worked with Pedro Almodovar early in his career. He's so incredibly talented.
reply

I had no idea Frank Welker uses something really close to his actual voice when he performs Fred Jones on Scooby Doo.
reply

Antonio Banderas has raspy Spanish voice. For no apparent reason its like a Spanish version of Clint Eastwood
reply

Respectfully, no no NO. For me, the only list The Happening deserves to score well on is Dumbest Movie Ever.
