We bet you've never heard of these Disney Channel Original Movies. For this list, well be looking at the most notable DCOMs that got swept under the rug and failed to make a splash with audiences. Our countdown includes Den Brother, Quints, Ready to Run, and more! Which Disney Channel Original Movie do YOU think needs more attention?

Ultimate Christmas Present is part of my must watch at least once during the Christmas Season every year.
The Disney Plus version replaced Secret Agent Man with a generic song. I like watching the HD version as it includes an error as you can see Santa standing there holding a mirror before he magically teleports into the scene during the montage.
As for this list, I thought it was a bust as I remembered all of them but then I reached the Top 3. Don't remember those movies.

Never heard of The Poof Point, but in one of my French classes at school (I'm Canadian and French classes are mandatory up to a certain point) we had to read a story called La Machine a Rajeunir which had a similar concept. The parents were on vacation and used a tourist attraction anti-aging machine. They kept getting younger and their kids had to stop it before their parents reached their own poof point

Ok so you got alley cat strike wrong. It wasnt a basketball game. Its called the mighty apple the 2 schools compete against for each year. And with the combining of the schools its the last time they play for it. And the basketball game tied it up. And the bowling tournament was the tie breaker.

If you grew up in the 90's/2000's, then most of these one would have seen as they originally aired. I know I did, I think the scream team was the only one I somehow missed, but that was easily taken care of later thanks to Disney+.
reply

If you missed Up Up and Away I feel sorry for you. And talk about representation. A black family of super heroes. Yes please! And Quints is still one of my favs of this era. Im a 90s kid so DCOMs were my jam.
reply

I may not have watched all of them but i definitely remember them. I always talked about how no one remembers The Ultimate Christmas Present and Alley Cats Strike
reply

I saw The Ultimate Christmas Present, Quints, Up Up and Away Den Brother. Never heard of Poof Point or Hounded. Heard of Genius, Alley Cats Strike and Scream Team.
reply

As someone that was a Disney kid I have seen ALL of these, well except Den Brother. I just didn't like the concept of it but all the other ones I've seen.
reply

Watching this was like a throwback to my childhood. I saw all of these movies. The Poof Point and Up, Up, and Away were my favorites out of this list.
reply

I think everyone should watch these DCOMs, they were so great for their time, people only know about the late 2000s era to now. these were classics!
reply

Instead of hounded you should've had my date with the president's daughter. That one is so rare it's not even on Disney+! despite being Disney.
reply

Every single one on this list. Ally Cat Strike is my all time favorite! Quints, Brink, The Other Me, Genius, Smart House are some of my other ones!
reply

not me having watched 6 of these when they first came out. any kid born in the 90s (maybe early 2000s) would have seen most of these though
reply

I haven't seen The Poof Piont, Hounded, Ally Cat Strikes Back, Quints, Up Up & Away, & Genesis. But then again I never knew Up Up & Away before
reply

Fun Fact: Trevor Morgan, the kid from Genius, was also in Jurassic Park III alongside Emmy Rossum's future Shameless co-star, William H. Macy.
reply

You would just have to be a child growing up in the 90s in order to know these movies. Up, Up, and Away has always been one of my favorites.
reply

Genius is terrible, I saw it for the 1st time 2 years ago. It's badly written but surprisingly well-acted, which is unusual for a DCOM
reply

Omg I had so much nostalgia watching this video. I had totally forgotten about Ready To Run it was such a weird concept but entertaining lol
reply

I watched Ally Cats Strike today, Quints yesterday and I watched The Ultimate Christmas Present and The Scream Team growing up.
reply

Only one I never heard of was number 7. 3 & 2 I vaguely remember but never took the time to watch. The rest r TREASURES!
reply

Only a classic DCOM kid born in the 90s have watched all of these. Up, Up and Away walked so Sky High could run.
reply
