The qualities that make certain beanies RARE and more valuable are variations in material like PVC pellets, errors on the tags like 'milenium' misspelled, location and generation of manufacture (Princess is basic unless born in Indonesia) and other minutiae.
Even the rarest beanie is worthless without all tags intact.
The ebay listings for ridiculous amounts are all scams. They do not indicate value whatsoever. Exceptional beanies in mint condition with verification documents usually sell for a couple hundred max.
Also the market for any beanies is currently very poor.
So please don't count on these collectibles paying for college even if yours look identical.

I still adore beanies! I actually found the Beginning Bear TY Original Beanie Buddy from 2000, i found it at Goodwill yesterday! and it still has the tag, and the plastic protector, and its in immaculate condition! Lol I adore Beanie Babies soo much,

I have many Beanie bears because I like them the best. They are all in excellent condition; they've been put away since the day I bought them. If I could get a good price for them, I would sell them. I don't know where I would go to get them certified. I'm 81 years old and live solely on Social Security.

I have 3 in box maple bears and 4 Erin's with errors on the tags! They are worth. $2 each if that. Beanie Babies is still a scam and the ebay listings that sold are fake because the scammers buy their own listing. It's always 1 bid and the bidding account is always not legit

I literally have Valentino and Valentina both with the tag but will be keeping both of them in a nice space to share the rest of their lives together edit ( I really wish I could should if you guys wanted pics of them but I dont know how to send that)

I have a 13lb bag and 1/2 with most of these mentioned in this video. Had them for 30 years now. 1 or 2 maybe missing tags, but the rest heve tags attached. Selling all of them for 40K or best offer.
