Only adults will notice these things in Pixar movies. Kids love Pixar movies, but for this list, well be looking at the inside jokes, easter eggs, references and plot points that only grown-ups would probably pick up on. Our countdown includes Incredibles 2, Inside Out, Cars, and more! Did YOU notice anything in a Pixar movie as an adult?

Top 3 (In my opinion):
1. Disabilities are represented with respect
2. Mia and Tia
3. A113
I'm going to tell a little story behind the number 1 spot. I've been diagnosed with autism (A Complex, lifelong developmental disability) and I've been living my life tackling this issue doing the best I can for myself and pushing it through, which is why I can relate this so much, and I didn't even realize this when I was kid watching this movie for the first time, and now as an adult, I can see the message, which I can get behind. To all those people who have disabilities, don't let this stop you, just keep trying and you'll make it through!

How is cheating not on this list? Watching The Incredibles right now and Helen Parr had no idea what her husband was doing. Sure, she did notice a piece of hair on his clothes but Bob was never attracted to her. She was only helping Bob to get paid doing hero work on an island. If Helen did know, she wouldnt punch her in the face but did anyway (by the way, they never kissed)

What's your favorite adult-centric Pixar moment, you asked?
.
I think College Isn't The Only Choice, from Monsters University, and The Poo-Poo Platter, from A Bug's Life are my favorite.

Kids may not understand what it means to have a period. The situation is misunderstanding but this is probably the first movie to talk about menstruating but its all about changes

How about in Ratatouille, when the tiny chef is in the freezer with the garbage boy and yells one can get too familiar with vegetables! I laugh everytime I hear that!

Another name tag in Soul is Jack Kirby, who made a lot of comic books for Marvel which alone references the fact that Disney bought out the rights to Marvel!

The fact that even Pixar films had their share of occasional adult themes and humor and what not is one of the many things i like about these films!

I liked how they normalised the puberty and period process in Turning Red, showing how natural it is, red panda transformation aside!

#3 was my favorite. Showing the ups and downs of depression and that there's nothing wrong with being in that state
reply

Funny how they are all ok with these for kids but two gays on a screen for two seconds will corrupt the kids.

I already knew A Bug's Life is a Pixar version based on the classic film Seven Samurai when I was little.
