The sequence is pretty obvious. Back to The Future copycat. 1st season: present time 1988 and then timetravel to the future 2019. 2nd season: future time 2019 and then timetravel to the past 1950s. I can see the pattern here. 3rd season: past time 1950s and then timetravel far way back to the past (the old west cowboy 1800s)

I overall like Paper Girls the characters tend to come off hot and cold for me I just find them really annoying in how they treat their adult selves and the swearing is a little bit too much. My favorite moment of the show is between Mac and her brother. I really love their relationship and interactions.

I liked this show! Was it the best show ever? No, but it was very entertaining. I was 16 most of 1988, so I could relate to a lot of what they were going through as children from the 80's.

The best part: seeing the girls grapple with their futures and expectations was wildly entertaining.
The worst part: the distant Future and CGI. I mean, that dinosaur bit and the pink overload making it difficult to suspend disbelief.

I didn't read the comics, but it sounds intresting. There is just one thing. If they went in the future how can they meet there future selfs, since they disappeard from there timeline in 1988. It doesn't make sense.

The two top scenes for me were KJ discovering that she was completely living her own life, something 12yo her clearly thought was impossible. And Mac and her brother Dylan bonding over Danzig in the car.

Amazon cancelling this brilliant show after one season is the dumbest thing they've ever done. Maybe next time they won't release a show at the same time the new season of Stranger Things comes out.

I've been binging this show for 3 weeks, since I found it. My wife has been putting up with me. My favorite part, is when Mac cries, while KJ drives the motorcycle, back to the farm.
