This reminds me, my idea of a Disney fairytale crossover is to make Disney princesses fight each other and then team up to fight an OP Disney villain who gaslighted them into fighting in the first place. Specifically Ariel, Mulan, Pocahontas, Merida, Jasmine, and Moana. The closest we've gotten to that idea is Once Upon a Time, Ralph Breaks the Internet, Kingdom Hearts and the princess short film that got cancelled because Disney closed down their 2d animation studios. I think the best format would be in a fighting game with an original story between the gameplay.
Edit: I have another idea. What if Incredibles 3 had a Thanos type villain that kills anyone or anyTHING in the Pixar universe that has a conscience which in this universe includes toys, fish, rats, robots, lamps, etc. And it would also lead to a short film where Miguel from Coco reunites with his dead family members. Maybe even another short where Remy is left to babysit Linguini and Collette's children. And it will end with the Incredibles reviving all those who were killed.

Top 3 (In my opinion)
1. Rapunzel and Flynn at Elsa's coronation
2. Genie's Mouse-Tastic Transformations
3. Have we met this witch before?
As much as I love the Genie impression callbacks, I had to go with the coronation because it is the most connected theory to makes sense. Surely they are cousins because they are set around the same times and live in countries nearby each other. I would like to see the theory with Tarzan being the long-lost brother of Anna and Elsa but lots of people doubt it's true, and I'd agree with them, however, I realized their designs and animations were completely different between the two movies and also their hair colors are the same just on each others hair (I hope that brings the theory more truthful. Also I would be shocked if the witch in Brave was actually Boo!

I hate the Tarzan/Elsa and Anna siblings theory! The parents look NOTHING alike! Plus, geography; the Clayton's (yes that's their real name in the story; Tarzan's name is John Clayton II, Lord Greystoke) are from England, whereas Elsa and Anna are from a Nordic country. I'll buy that Rapunzel is a cousin but the Tarzan theory just doesn't have legs to stand on (especially after Frozen II.

Man, I REALLY wish that Tarzan theory would just die already! No, no creator involved with Frozen has claimed there is ANYTHING connecting Tarzan and Frozen. The ONLY thing they've said is that it's a fun and intriguing idea. They then went on to thoroughly obliterate it even more than common sense and logic themselves already did.

As Belle wanders through Paris in Hunchback of Notre Dame, in the live action Beauty and the Beast it goes full circle as they use the book to visit Paris and we can see Notre Dame cathedral

I love it when Disney sprinkles references from their library to other films! It shows how universal they are and that they are possibly connected(aside from meta humor that is.

#8 is my favorite! I also saw another theory that Dunbroch and Arendelle went to war and that's why Merida's mother Elinor has the long white streak in her hair, being struck by Elsa
