MsMojo you forgot the 365 days trilogy. That essentially glorified Stockholm syndrom, staying woth an abusive partner and has hardly any dialogueand has more music, montages and well sx scenes and ending on clifffhangers with no story following up. first movie ended with Laura going on a tunnel and going missing, next moviestarts with hr and her KIDNAPPER, Massimo, getting married, and ends with her getting shot by his ex. Third movie starts with a is-she-isnt-she guessing over whose grave Massimo is standing in front of. (SPOILER ALERT) It ist, and the movie ends with her standing on a beach (after spending the majoritty of the movie talking anc cheating with another gang member and aware her husnand would kill the BOTH OF THEM) telling him he would be a good dad one day and just STARING.

It's horrible too how Noah's anger is treated as completely normal and romantic. The fact that Lee saw a cut on her face, IMMEDIATELY assumed Noah had done it, and that was a COMPLETELY BELIEVABLE assumption from what we'd seen of Noah implies that maybe he wanted to keep her away from Noah because he genuinely believed Noah could/would be physically violent towards his partner. I know these movies don't go deep, but it just feels so irresponsible to release this to teens as a romance when it reads more like a slow burn horror movie with Elle as a future victim.

Personally I thought Ibiza AKA Ibiza: Love Drunk was OK. Yes Gillian Jacob and Richard Madden didn't have the best chemistry, but Vanessa Bayer and her chemistry with Jacob and her other friend made the movie feel like a fun travel adventure movie.
The movie that should be on this list or the next list should they do a part two of this is the Olivia Munn flop, Love, wedding, repeat. The alternate endings in that movie were terrible.

I actually loved all three Kissing Booth movies and I've watched them so many times. I understand what people are saying but I just took it at face value: a teen rom com. The only thing I didn't like about the movie was Lee's character! What a narcissist! He didn't give a shit about his best friend or his girlfriends feelings throughout the film. God knows how he got away with everything.

squared love was the reason I vowed never to watch another polish film again. sierra burgess is a loser should've been no. 1 imo cos that entire movie was just. yikes. she really was a loser. didn't even bother watching the kissing booth, anything that comes out of wattpad is always a disaster.

Yeah, this is a very accurate list. The wrong Missy is just insulting to the adorable actress that played that character. I hope she was compensated nicely. I just watched Love in a Villa. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. Lots of the same kind of tropes. But I liked the casting.

All these comments say TKB is harmful and has a bad message. since when did EVERYTHING have to have a message? It's literally a highschool romance. The whole dorky girl ends up with the bad boy trope has been a thing for ages. It's escapism. It's fantasy. It's not that deep.

I like tall girl not just because I went through the same thing in high school but because it is inspiring and motivating. Now, for the romantic aspect of the movie, I agree with MsMojo it was trash but you have to agree Sabrina Carpenter did look beautiful in all does dresses.

The Kissing Booth films were awful. Not only it has a bad message but teaches the young audience a bad lesson. Very manipulative romance with cliches and unlikable characters that normalises toxic relationships and I dont really think the main characters deserve each other

Sincerely liked Silver Skates. The atmosphere is magical, the actors did a great job and a plot is not boring, even if you get a feeling of Titanic. Maybe just in English it is not as good as in the original

Apparently no one watched the 365 days trilogy. all three got 0% on rotten tomatoes. and from what i saw. yea its trash. it makes 50 shades of gray (which i hate as well) look like citizen kane

You need to give Ava ( the main character) a chance. She was publicly humiliated on TV when she was a kid. She was kicked off of Dance Moms for being too tall. Its kind of a story of her life.
