You need to binge watch these romantic K-dramas ASAP! For this list, well be looking at the most swoon-worthy and passionate Korean TV dramas that are guaranteed to make you feel giddy. Our countdown includes Coffee Prince, Boys Over Flowers, Descendants of the Sun, and more! Which romantic K-drama are YOU binge-watching?

It's Okay To Not Be Okay should be higher imho, I'm on my fourth watch and I still cry at the same parts. Gosh, that soundtrack is AMAZING! I love how each character (even the minor ones from the psychiatric centre) have growth and transformation and how the storylines are interconnected. Plus the chemistry of the main leads is palpable.
Currently rewatching Romance Is A Bonus Book and it's just a great as I remembered! As an aspiring writer, apparently I like Kdramas about authors / writers (Ko Moon Young from It's Okay To Not Be Okay is a children's author. And Romance Is A Bonus Book is all about the writing / publishing industry. The main leads are not only gorgeous but funny as well. A definite must-watch with yet another good soundtrack.
I'm building up enough courage to rewatch Something In The Rain as it got me so emotional the first time I watched it. It doesn't feel like a TV show but rather like I'm peeking into somebody's real life; a documentary, if you will. Another theme with my Kdramas is older women / younger men (Romance Is A Bonus Book's main couple were OW/YM) and Something In The Rain is the story of a 30 year old woman dating her BFF's younger brother. The struggles they faced with society, their families, and even within themselves was so well done. Must see!

I started my k-drama journey first with Itaewon Class. It has a great story line above all with a romance building to the side. One woman, one girl, who will win the love of the man? Oh, and it has a outstanding soundtrack too.
Crash Landing into You and Our Beloved Summer are really good. Anything BTS lends their music to or writes a song for has got to be great, or they wouldn't be involved, right!

Glad to know I have covered most of the entries on this list, just 3 dramas remaining
For me, I feel since the day I started kdramas, American shows have somewhere lost their appeal for me.
Kdramas builds relationships, shows characters with all their flaws, while American shows fall behind on building the characters.
No hate to American shows, just my opinion

I'd love to see a J-Drama, T-Drama, and HK-Drama version of this list, especially as they all have their own versions of some of these stories. In fact, Boys Over Flowers is based on the Japanese Manga Hana Yori Dango and was originally made in Japan. There might even have been an anime? Would also love a list of live action shows and movies based on anime shows.
