It's incredibly hard to narrow the list down to 10, but the one I would add is the Hey Jude scene. If you've ever gone through a divorce where kids are involved, you definitely get it. Especially if you were not the one who initiated it. Even though Ted has let go of Michelle, the thought of someone else being present as a father figure drives him insane. At this point, it has nothing to do with Michelle. It's all about him waiting for that final blow to the family unit that he loved and cared about so much. The anger and obsession is all about Henry and Ted's feelings that he isn't being enough for him while another man enters the arena to take his place. Rebecca helps him direct his focus back where it needs to be. on Henry. It doesn't matter what happens with Michelle, Ted will always be Henry's dad, and that's the most important thing to both of them.
I also love how Coach has a moment of vulnerability here. The tactical, fact-spitting, don't let anyone too close Beard goes from reciting the origin of the song to realizing his voice can help Henry get through this. You can see it on his face when he realizes it and he is almost reluctant to say it, but when he does, it is genuine and believable. It's just another of many great examples of writing, timing and acting.

I'm glad Rebecca told Ted what she'd been doing, not someone else. More than that, I'm proud of the moment when she decided to tell him.
She went in that day determined to tell him for the sake of her friendship with Keely. But when the moment came, she found herself unable to do so. She went full Ted Lasso Tangent
Then Rupert came in to proudly announce that he was going to be a father, something he'd never expressed interest in with Rebecca, but has changed his mind about after, what? 4 months with Bex? And something even more ridiculous at his age (almost 70, given he'll almost surely be dead before his child is fully grown up. It's the most dickish thing Rupert has ever done, in the most dickish way, and Rebecca cannot even hide her outrage.
_That_ is the moment when she told Ted. When she was so unbelievably angry at Rupert that even we, the auduence, want to hurt him for it. But she doesn't. And that is a monumental step forward for her.

Everytime Jamie and Roy had a chance to step up to the plate and mature, I yelled at my TV, urging the characters to make the move. And the show hardly disappointed those moments. I truly appreciated the show for not creating the endless loops you see in TV simply because they want as many seasons as possible. When push came to shove, the characters shoved back and we got to experience those little moments that shape who people are. Jamie asking for the tape to join the protest, Roy hugging Jamie because of his realization of why Jamie was the way that he was, or Colin finally coming out to his team for them to fully embrace him. Even with spin offs, Im really going to miss this show.

Something that always got me was in season 2, Jamie wants to come back to Richmond and he talks about how hard his dad has been on him. He asks Ted about his own father and Ted responds with He was always a lot harder on himself than on others. Jamie says Ted was lucky and Ted gives a noncommittal sound. At that time, no one knew how Ted's dad had died so once you know, the scene lands differently. Ted's father being harder in himself doesn't make Ted lucky at all. And yet he says nothing. It would be kind of selfish for Ted to make Jamie's story about himself so it makes sense that he doesn't say anything but it also demonstrates how much he's pent up his emotions about it.

Season 1 was very good. Season 2 was ok but started to lose its mojo. All over the place. Third season, not gonna lie, mostly annoying. A few humorous moments and a few good heart warming moments, but overall just bad writing. Plot is all over the place and for some odd reason, they decided to expand the role of the woman with tattooed eye brows and now shes more of a focus than the character the show is named after. Very disappointing. First season had my hopes up that the joy ride would continue.

I was shocked- a coupla Americans go make a show in Britain, and it's popular. usually a sign of lowest common denominator crap. instead a superior and clever show, that did not overstay it's welcome- read to mean I could have used a few more episodes. awesome show. great characters. well played.

I cried when the entire team censored their Dubai Air sponsor on their jerseys. A beautiful team moment. a true family.
What hurts one, hurts all.
This was an incredible show. It gave just what it needed to. Beautiful writing.
No more, no less. I'm glad they didn't drag it on.

Its funny to think about the things in your life that can make you cry just knowing that they existed, can then become the same thing that make you cry knowing that theyre now gone. I think those things come into our lives to help us get from one place to a better one. This part got me

My girlfriend doesn't know a damn thing about football/soccer and she loved as I introduced it to her and rewatched with her. THAT'S how good this show is. It's supremely rewatchable and you don't have to know a ton about the main atmosphere around it to feel it's heart.

For me the Roy Hug was more of a feel good, it showed that he could see Jamie's struggles and to why he had the rebellious personality he hated about him and he put his hatred of him aside and saw someone new he could build up in S3 and lead to their eventual friendship.

I could only get through about two minutes of this video. There is so much commentary it's ridiculous. They don't even show the most heart warming parts. Who is in charge of these videos? Just a heads up, we don't want to hear you talking over everything.

of course I am, it was a housecall - this oddly is one of my favourite lines! Only someone special to you can make you laugh while sobbing and make it feel just the tiny bit better. The chemistry the actors delivered throughout the show was crazy good.

The more I watch Peterson, the less intelligent he comes across.
Yes hes educated, yes hes smart. But he seems more driven by coming across intelligent with semantics than actual engaging in a good faith debate.

One scene that touched me was towards the end of season 3 when Jaimie thought his father had died. Then we see his dad in what appeared to be a alcohol rehab hospital cheering his son on with the other patients.

Ted's mom visiting the team and Ted's final talk with his mom should have definitely been an honourable mention. Seeing the pain of a father being away from his son was heartbreaking.

the scenes that make me cry the most or laugh the most is always between roy and jamie. The hugging one: crying. And the one where the 4 coaches flipped jamie off was probably the best.

This show has so many moments that just will make you cry so hard. My personal #1 is when Nate and his dad finally are able to be on good terms. It was just a huge thing for me to see.

Rebecca telling Ted the truth will always remain one of my favorite moments. In a normal show it would be a multiple episode thing but it only takes a minute to be concluded. Incredible.

Roy's presser when he talks about Isaac's red card. Ted talking about Earl. Roy believing he hadn't grown as a person to have the Diamond Dogs show him otherwise.

The only one not worth crying over was Sam's protest. A better one was when Nate and his father have a breakthrough in their relationship.

I feel like the last season just might replace everything on this list. Hell the season Finale alone had enough moments to make this list

For the number 1, it hit even harder when the scene of Jamie's visit to his father in the season 3 finale. What a masterpiece!

Im guessing the entire stadium chanting Roy Kent the moment they see him on the sidelines must be number 11.
