A lot of songs on this list make me emotional, but there's two from sequels and two from a live-action that REALLY make me emotional: Desert Moon from my FAV of all the remakes I've seen: Aladdin, just because that song is a slow and beautiful love ballad. The other song that makes me emotional is the second reprise of One Jump Ahead. It may be short, but it's INCREDIBLY sad, and it plays RIGHT after the emotional What Have I Done scene. The two from sequels that make me emotional are: Out Of Thin Air from Aladdin and the King of Thieves, bc, just like Desert Moon, it's a slow and beautiful love ballad, and Always There from Lady and the Tramp 2. There's also one song from Lady and the Tramp 1 that makes me emotional, but Idk if it even has a title. I just call it Dog Pound Howl. It's such a sad song, and possibly the SADDEST scene in the whole movie. To me, it's like an animated version of those heartbreaking animal shelter commercials.

Kid Danger: wearing his big trucker pup outfit and puts his hoof on his face and holds his hoof up i think God help the outcasts and Goodbye may seem forever are beautifully and wonderfully songs! Because, I, Kid Danger the pony aka Donatello21, love them. And, blushes red on his face with his wings up you guessed it, i sing along with them. Goodbye may seem forever and God help the outcasts both hold a place in my heart because i lost my grandfather, Larry the Pegasus and my sweetheart of a mixed breed dog, star. Both to health problems and/or issues. tears up alittle and pulls out his purple hanky and wipes his face softly they were my rocks, you see. I miss them both badly! blows his nose loudly into his purple hanky

Especially The next right thing, I find it captivating because of the sadness of the lyrics at the beginning and the resilience with which Anna gets up despite the dark situation, inspires me a lot; When she loved me it still gives me the same feeling as when I saw it as a child and as older; A dream is a wish you heart makes I still love it for the hope and excitement it awakens in me; Dos oruguitas still gets me the melody and scenes; also Remember me
because of how moving the lyrics are when they touch my heart and that until you are in my arms, remember me.

I would add If I Never Knew You from Pocahontas as well. Beautiful and heartfelt, it perfectly encapsulates Pocahontas and John Smiths declaration of love that even if their romance wasnt meant to be, the time that they spent together was worth it in the end. Deleted from the film after test screenings, and restored for its 10th Anniversary DVD its an underrated love ballad that deserves its day in the sun.

When my little dog of 16 years became paralyzed and was on her last days, I'd sing to her You'll be in My Heart. She'd stare at me so calmly, as if she understood the words. I think on some level she did. To this day I can't listen to the song without getting teary eyed and thinking of her. It's amazing how Disney songs have such a strong impact in our lives

Yes! Very much agree with this list, though maybe not the ranking. I listen to Reflection, Once Upon a Dream, and I See the Light at least once a week. But Dos Orugitas, Remember Me and When She Loved Me are also incredible choices
Edit: Ana's song is also extremely underrated!

All of them left an impression, can you either eventually do a part 2 of this for other songs you can find? Or do an entire DreamWorks video of all the inspiring songs and most of those movies that you can find, like for how to train your dragon 1 through 3 please?

When I read the title of this list I immediately thought of God help the Outcasts. I was getting a little frustrated the longer it went thinking it was overlooked. Im so glad it was the top song. That song is so sad, beautiful, and emotional at the same time.

OMG! I was ok watching til The Fox & the Hound & then The Rescuers (which is a VERY underrated movie that could have spawned a TV series) hit like gut punch. sitting here bawling & the video isn't even done yet. not enough kleenex in the world.

If I were you guys, I'd replace The Next Right Thing with I'm Still Here from Treasure Planet. Also, it's obvious that you uploaded this since tomorrow's the official 100th anniversary of the Walt Disney Company.

The title should be (at least for some songs): Top 20 songs that will make you cry
Dumbo's song is just soooo sad. the whole situation is just heartbreaking. Can't go through that song without crying: D.

The real beauty of Remember me in Coco was when they sang and the camera went to Cocos daughter, she was crying because that was probably first time in long time that her mom spoke normally and coherently.

I am sorry, but Baby Mine will ALWAYS be the biggest tear jerker that was penned for a Disney movie. It made me cry as a child and still makes me cry 45 years later. Goodbye Is Not Forever is a close second.

Colors of the Wind is a pretty song, but I think Listen with your Heart is more hauntingly beautiful. I wish you also included live action movies so we could have had Feed the Birds and Candle on the Water.

I love this list and that many of these songs are my utmost favourites. They made me smile, made me cry and made me appreciate the stories and the characters motivations.

I could have sworn Circle of Life would have made the cut. And I will always sob, unashamedly, when I hear Remember Me, Someone's Waiting For You and Baby of Mine

Disney. When you need to ugly cry and feel like your heart is being ripped apart and stomped on by sharpened cleats, we got you. And you'll pay us with a smile

Glenn Close's performance of You'll Be In My Heart makes it clear that she is also a mother, just like the character she gives voice to in Tarzan is!

I want someone to love me the way Phil Collins loves Lily, cause that man COOKED HARD for her on Tarzan (and Brother Bear) In the late 90's to early 00's.

Man the scene in that Disney movie the fox and the hound where she left really hit me and left me pretty saddened much like anyone else. That and Dumbo.

Baby Mine gets me every time. And Danny Elfman singing Jack's Lament and Catherine O'Hara doing Sally's song. sigh. And Remember Me makes me sob.

All good choices but nothing from Treasure Planet is disappointing. Underrated movie with good music especially as Silver begins to care about Jim
