Although Steve was considerably bullied ruthlessly by high school tormentors, Roger and ofc his own father, it seems he isn't the most bullied character anymore by today's standards as that theme has dropped off. I think that title would belong to Klaus Heissler if the video was produced more recently or today. He seems to be not just bullied but also constantly ignored, ridiculed, abused & tortured by everyone in the Smith family (except Jeff Fischer) very similarly to how Meg is in the Griffin Family. They seem to do it because they can in believing he is completely insignificant based on him being incapable of doing almost anything now that he is trapped in a fish's body. They also believe they shouldn't care for his feelings or wellbeing as they still don't accept him as part of the family most of the time, which has moulded him into the family punching bag (bowl. Even in occasional moments where he does get the attention and respect he deserves as well as allowing him to partake in family adventures or traditions, they usually get painfully shot down in following scenes when they all once again realise how much they hate him, yet he has been trying to be more of a positive influence within the family but they almost always take him for granted. At least Steve is loved deep down by everyone in his family, even Stan and Roger do in their times of abusing him. But because this video is a little old Steve should take the spot for now.

I know some of you guys will disagree. I kinda feel sorry for Arnold in the episodes his friends tease him mostly helga in discouraging arnold and sid and his friends tieing arnold up to the telfaball pole in bag of money sometimes even doubting Arnold. And in the episode called girl problem's helga went to far she bullied and tease arnold in front of his classmates and the teacher. Arnold and helga were fighting over the paint helga spill paint on arnold on purpose arnold lost it and paint on helga everyone was shocked and the teacher. So the teacher gives arnold detention and not helga. Arnold is a very kind and good person he has gone through enough pain and deserves more respect as the are characters that deserve respect and love not as selfish characters. Characters who deserve better.

I think Timmy should have been on the actual list. He went to school where litteraly every student and even the teachers woukd laugh at his pain and humiliation, his parents often reminded him they wish they never had him. He has a school bully named Francis who often throws, punches, and steaks from Timmy, as well as giving wedgies and swirlies. His teacher often picks on Timmy and even shoots F's out of an F blaster at Timmy and laughs at him. His crush enjoys laughing at him, and his parents leave him with him who tortures, humiliates, bullies, and attempts to kill him!

I can't believe they didn't put Zoidberg from Futurama on this list. I hated when he gets pushed around by Fry and the others, especially Hermes who hated Zoidberg the most out of anyone of the PE crew. Good thing Meg is #1. She's so annoying I just to kill her so badly. She just pisses me off and she is one of the reasons why I stopped watching Family Guy.

Pip Pirrup shouldve been on the list, not Butters. Pips been bullied WAY worse by the boys, he gets beat up, made fun of, and nobody in South Park likes him. He shouldve been at least an honourable mention.
