Not a good list, these aren't places I wouldn't go to just see a celebrity, I feel like they flock to wherever is popular, and a lot of the places on the list just sound too exclusive the only ones I agree with are the ones that are more open to the public but I don't think anyone is going to go to a restaurant, or bar in a 5 star hotel, that has a lot of celebrity guest (meaning food is expensive af) just to peep a celebrity.

You won't really see Celebs on Rodeo Dr because most of them have personal shoppers / stylists who just pull things then take them to their homes. Most of the time you'll only see them if there an event for a store or they need to be seen on Rodeo and they call paparazzi.
