The game looks awesome and very atmospheric, I love the old tombs and the mysteries hidden in them so I hope there's more of that than in the previous one, and hopefully less shooting. It would be great if there were some hidden secrets every here and there too, but gotta be happy with what we get. By the time the next game is out Lara should be fit/experienced enough to do the handstand while climbing up the ledges, just like her pixelated sister did years ago: P
Too bad that as a PS4 owner I have to wait a whole year for this, but you X1 bros enjoy yourselves, it looks like it will be a great trip!

Uncharted was inspired by Tomb Raider period.
Look at TR legend and Anniversary gameplay which was released in 2006/2007 BEFORE Uncharted.
Uncharted climbing mechanics are so similar.
It goes without saying that these games are destined to be the same as it's the same genre (action/adventure)
Same theme (tomb raiding)
Lara and Drake are both treasure hunters but Lara Croft was doing it 11 years before Uncharted came along.
Bottom line is this video is for TR fans and mature people who have the capability of liking both: )

The reboot was fantastic - one of the best of the last generation. It sucks for gamers that a 3rd party game gets an exclusive window. but it is what it is. Business is business. I own a PS4 and understand having exclusive titles is pretty much the only thing that can separate the competitors. More and more a cohesive one for all console makes more logical sense, but not fiscal sense it would seem. But for the amazingly talented developers of the game. surely they shouldn't get any flack. Looks fantastic and I am sure it will be.

I miss the old games, they were mysterious, had great puzzles, cool boss fights, interesting characters, intriguing plot, fantastic and diverse environments. The new TR games do have better controls and look a lot better, but everything else is gone. I would much rather have a remake of Legend, Anniversary and Underworld. I know these new games are meant to be a prequel to the earlier game, however I wish they at least tried to keep some of the old games' charm. Please no hate, thx.

I do Not like the big bold kindergarten level -X- with the arrow Above where you need to be! Its cheesy & makes the player feel like they need directions. All the early games had the element of -figure it out- & Explore. Try it & try something else next till you learn what you should do. /THIS X method takes away from the game imo. Lit area maybe? a button to hit for a hint maybe? Just Not a big X over the item.

The franchize betrayed men. It ows everything to oogling nerds whho bought the first games just to see a big ass bounce in their face while they play. It was the big selling point, but now they got shamed into the ground and just try make a normal good game. Well good luck with that. A woman can never rival a male protoganist for the action hero role. Thats why this game wont make it.

tomb raider games have a great story. but the physics are so bad it hurts to play certain parts xc! like in tomb raider remastered/original that r2/l2 quick action event when you escape the cave at the beginning and dodge those rocks. or the parts when she falls a great distance. its annoying how unrealistic these motions are. and it looks like its coming back in this one.

This game does look good, without a doubt. But after seeing the trailer of uncharted 4 tomb raider still lags behind. It's almost movie quality. I'm not a fanboy in fact I'm a pc gamer, don't have any consoles, though I'm definitely going emulate the uncharted on my PC to see what it offers as a whole game.

YEAH RIGHT! she walks through a horde of scorpions without getting stung? and she busts through a wall of stone? the tomb raider story was great, but its painfully unrealistic. that's y I think uncharted is better. good story + believable world and realistic actions is y I think uncharted wins.

This looks beautiful. But I swear to god this better damn well be Xbox One gameplay, Microsoft sure as shit better not have let Square Enix release footage of this game that isn't running on Xbox One after bribing them to make it an Xbox One/360 timed exclusive.

1st tomb raider when i was kid and was relesed and played i loved this game - but from only 1 na 2013 is good game 2, 3, 4 up to 2013 are only for money. Now i wait for to buy rise of tomb raider on xbox 360 - the msut have and play game xd

The game looks so much like the previous one, which isn't a bad thing. Even Lara seems to be exactly the same plus a glow stick. The sounds are recognisable as well.
Still, the last game was brilliant so i have high hopes for this!

As i own only the ps4, it's just perfect for me that the game is coming out next year, because otherwise i would have to choose between this and fallout. As for the xbox owners, i am sure you will have a great time this holiday!
