Maybe I'm missing something, but it is very painful to watch Griffin agonize over who to switch in when he could just attack the freaking pokemon and then the threat is neutralized. Like, we saw his pokemon go first every time. He's gonna swing first, and he'll definitely KO the enemies little bastard. Is it really just the small chance the opponent has quick attack that leads him to take what I'm perceiving as needless risks?

Several years after the fact, it-s still so crazy that Grif could have had a garchomp. But at the same time- the ragtag team was supposed to be. If we did have a muddy buddy we would have never had my dad. And for that, I-m glad I had one dad I could look up to in my life.

That Roselia you got actually has incredible potential. It's Modest nature, so it's SP. ATK is gonna be really powerful. Use a dawn? dusk? stone on it and it'll evolve into Roserade. Who is one of the best Grass types out there. That guy really did kinda help.

Why did he have to bring Sea Breeze into that gym, tho? He had no use for him and he could have given their spot in the team to Sonic or someone else who could actually have done something. Hammertime died so Sea Breeze could take a little tour.

With heliosk, u knew it was gonna thunderbolt, so u should have pivoted into nidoking, forcing the AI to go for either grass knot, or quick attack on its next turn. Pivot into pidgeot, to take the attack, and kill it using quick attack.

I think I would have gambled on Helioptile using Thunderbolt again and swapped in Jean Ralphio, but I get the hesitation. RIP Hammertime. ;_; Griffin really made things hard on himself by doing the Wonder Trade rule.

5: 39 I actually had this same problem in that area. 10 straight minutes of killing trapinch and dugtrio until I could escape the endless loop. (Right as I started filming it too prove how ridiculous it was too)

Bite is a 60 based damage ark type move because that hound doom is a dark type it gets 10% plush on the 60 base power making it do a base 66 power so if he was at full HP he would of lived

Griffin was so put out that the Roselia was level 1. Just level it, dude. There's an exact gameplay mechanic that addresses the level issue. You're a pokemon trainer. This is what you do.

I know this is really old, but if Griffin swapped in Nidoking, it is immune to electric attacks, so he would have survived the thunderbolt.
