I have had a crappy few weeks, and Game Ogre has been one of the few bright spots in a time when everything is difficult. I wish there were another fifty episodes to get through, but I am very thankful that the episodes there are exist. Thanks for being something wonderful (supportive! Friendship! Making terrible jokes and innuendo while your friend tries to pretend they don-t get it! Video games) in a grim year. Thanks.

Jokes aside, I honestly love the communication and connection between Simone and Pat. Game Ogre is fantastic in the sense that like, yeah there are jokes made ribbing fun at each other, but they-re genuinely having a good time and don-t need to be cruel to each other or be hateful/offensive to be funny. Love you guys-

I'd love to see these two take on a Breath of the Wild challenge like this. My girlfriend and I are playing through the game where I have control of the right joy con and she has control of the left joy con. We've done 26 shrines so far and activated about 70% of the towers.

It's always refreshing clicking on a polygon video of a couple of humans playing Mario, then immediately have to back out cause you both begin spewing f-bombs from your potty pie holes while my daughter is sitting here excited to watch with me.

I think there-s a greater curse affecting Simone which keeps her from ever just sitting down and playing Super Mario World without a blindfold or a two-headed sweater or some other garment hindering her.

i love how much closer simone and pat have grown as friends through this experience, so much character development in a series where the main idea is 'they play video games in a dumb and pointless way'

My favorite part of the title crawl is that it retcons the awful Polygon DOOM gameplay to be canonically part of Game Ogre, which makes a lot of sense.
