Which Mario character / enemy has the worst prison sentence, you go by a point system if you prefer. 50k fine = 0. 5 points. Which would mean that 10k would be 0. 1 points. 1 year in prison is worth 2 points, and we-re gonna say that one month in prison is 0. 25 points. And why not include the death penalty in here, The Death Penalty is worth 80 points. Drastic jump I know. No parole is worth another 5 points. If there would be a pardon like for example being controlled would be a full wipe for the acts that they were pardoned from. And something like being ordered to by a boss against their will or being threatened to be hurt if the acts ordered were not done would cut the sentence in half, for example, if they have 50 points but they were ordered to against there will then they would have 25 points. Community service is worth 0. 05. You can change the point worth and add new ones based on your numbers or mine. or you could even not use the point system at all, but that wouldn-t be entertaining now would it. I would really appreciate if you could do this but I know you probably won-t so I-ll say one word before I end this message, Please.

Brian. I love the work that you put into these evaluations, but this is simply irresponsible. Obviously many OSHA violations will be found when you evaluate these arenas under the Construction guidelines. The game and sport guidelines would be much better fit for this concept. I get that this may have been a simple mistake, but made so early on it derailed the entire intention of the video. Please don't make similar mistakes going forward with your unraveled videos. Can't wait to see what you make next.

I took the osha class for construction safety. He is right in how dense that book is, the ENITRE thing is that confusingly specific. Also the fact that I know EXACTLY why he is so excited that he gets to talk about ladder safety because he found a ladder (there is a huge section about ladders which we talked a lot about in the class)

Wait you couldn't categorize DK on 75 meters? Are you telling me OSHA has no stated rules on wild animals in a construction site? I feel like there are work environments that need that specification. What if you on an outside construction site and wild dogs get in or something. We need RULES!

How many war crimes are committed over the process of an average d&d champagne. I'd test it myself but me and my friends are history nerds, chemists, physicists, and esoteric anthropologists, so I know that they are outliers in comparison to most d&d players.

I'm shocked I couldn't find anyone mentioning the fact that Boxing Ring almost certainly DOES have an OSHA violation as the fighters can not only stand on, but also knock down to the floor, the lighting rig on top. That's DEFINITELY a problem.

Tbf i think osha inspectors would also include magma as a fire hazard. I don't know cus i haven't met any but i'd be shocked if they just saw magma burning down a building and went -technically not listed, moving on-

I work in a phosphate surface mine running heavy equipment, and deal with MSHA quite often. This was an ABSOLUTE treat of a video ---- If YT doesn't work out for you I'm sure they'd be glad you put you to work!

The insane thing is that if a real worksite on say a skyscraper had all of these absurd violations, $17mil is STILL just a warning. More than fair pricing for things that can kill people, arguably too low
