Just playing this now. Awesome concept, incredibly terrible gameplay design! The trials particularly are infuriating! (not even gonna mention the puzzles itself, what a huge L they are) Who the f-&- thinks a 'blind' simulator is a fun concept! And the game its like 60% cut-scenes, 30% walking and 10% combat. If I wanted to watch a bunch of rendered scenes, I'd go to a streaming service and watch some movie/serie. Good thing I paid really really cheap, would never pay full price for it. Hope the Microsoft money allows them to improve and put some actual gameplay. Its not a good sign when most of the time my controller in on the table and Im watching stuff happen on screen.

I don't mind the puzzles too much. My problem is that there really is no guidance in this game. I saw this glitchy looking thing here 10: 21 but I had no clue that if I viewed it from somewhere else it would create the staircase. I even knew that it had to be important but since they never make it clear what you can do in this game I had no clue to do this. Same with focus in combat. Took me hours to realize this was possible.

I could have loved this game if the puzzles were enigmas or something like the fallen order where you have to interact with the environment, but this is just boring and dull. Specially the one on the ground/path which I knew where it was I was just not exactly at the right angle. Also, if you skip the hours you'll spend wandering around searching the game is extremely short.

Well I got through the first couple hours of this and it was great. Now I have no idea where to go, I've re-canvassed the entire complex several times to try to find out what I'm supposed to do, but I don't think it's gonna happen. Bummer.
Update: I started over and figured things out better. Good stuff.

It's good to play hard games and hard puzzles are great as well. But puzzles in this game is not even fun, not smart is just a way to waste your time walking around looking for shadows and shapes. I mean, what is the point of all these boring puzzles anyway? In the 4 puzzle i just deleted from my ps4.

At first I was about to give up bc there was a lot of puzzles and not enough combat but the more I got into it I realized this game is a reallyyyy good game! But tbh I wouldn-t have been able to do it without this walkthrough on some parts! I jus finished it! Thank u

im at that last chapter 11 rune and when u run through the flow of water my torch is ofcourse going out, but when i do the exact same thing with u, running through the shadows and towards that small fire pit, there is no fire on my game. idk why. any suggestions?

thank you! also, it'd be amazing if you'd cover more games. there are many games out there, old and new, that have quite some puzzles and can be very confusing. some examples would be Amnesia: Rebirth, Soma or Alan Wake.

Accendently glitched through a door to kill the fire God trying to open the gate in the intro. And now I can't get back through it. It won't open or anything. Help! I don't wanna start over.

thank you for this video PowerPyx some of these puzzles are very hard. I think the combat in this game is so cool I wish there was more of it and less puzzles. I hope they come out with a part 2

The only puzzles i struggled with was in the fire section. I knew where i was supposed to be but could NOT visualize what i was looking for.

Is this from the PC version? Playing on xbox one and it dosent look near as good. So muddy and blurry while this looks crystal clear
