Does anyone know how I'm missing character collectibles in this level? I have Keller, Anya's Grandma, Kampfhund 1960, Guard Robot, and Frau Engel. I'm guessing the last one is Anya's Grandpa, but it has never unlocked for me. I know this is a long shot since this game is so old but. any help?

by the way, I've missed the first Roman's letter,
I've already have other 11 item, but restart the level will start from the Road Block.
Is there any way let me go back and take the letter?

In the capter 3 exist a section 2 (look the map, high on right up the section 1) who you not show in this guide. I know in section 2 is located one secret, but i don't understand how go in this section 2. Ca you help?

I hate how you have to redo the whole mission cause i finished the story and the only thing I needed for this chapter was the door knob at the end so now I have to pretty much redo the whole thing.

God damn, how the hell was one supposed to know to shoot that grate with the heavy turret gun - 3: 28? It looks just like any other part of the non-destructible environment.

First health upgrade is in the room where you interrogate Keller. Look in the cabinet where you got the apron.
