3: 51 thx, Took me forever what to do but before all this I just gave up on QR code-s but I will watch your videos from now on so you-ve earned a sub.
Edited: as well for 3: 51, when I met forever I really meant for so many months like 2 to 3 months to figure this out, more or less that is. But mainly it was just at least forever at the very most but thanks for the help I appreciate it buddy---

For those who scanned 15/17 and the other 2 do not show in the map:
- Go to the one that's in Pawnee district (number 3/17 shown in this video)
- Scan it, you'll get 16/17 scanned
- You'll get a call right away with the location of #17

This may just be for me but after the 5th one, qr codes stopped showing on my map. Can somebody please tell me what to do and if I just need to progress more in the story. Help would be very appreciated.

By the way if you can-t see a 16th one, it-s because it-s in Pawnee, the only ctOS tower there is only unlocked by a mission, anyhow, the 16th one is near the tunnel with the remember cutscene

Can somebody please tell me what you do for these, I go to the location hack the cameras and zoom onto the code but it doesn't do anything.

I have scanned Pawnee's qr codes, and others also be scanned, but my statistic data shows that I only finished 15 ones, I wonder why.

it doesn't show up on the map in Pawnee till u progress the game far enough to have the hide out and such in Pawnee

So far 3 times in a row this has worked. Drive a vehicle into the water and bam, boats appear. Hope this helps. --
