All Gravitation Cores: There are 10 Wild Artefacts in total. They are one of the key elements to progress in the game, to explore the world and to obtain various trophies & achievements. You won't get far if you don't know where to find them. You will need to learn Moogle Hunt and Moogle Throw first. Both abilities are obtained very early in the game. Moogle Hunt when going for Artefact #1 in Bresha Ruins 005AF and Moogle Throw when riding the big monster in Sunleth Waterscape 300AF for the first time

This guide is amazing and I want to say Thank You so much to the guy who took the time to figure out where all these were. You have no idea how many people you've helped out.
BTW the artefact at the archlight Steppe doesn't require stormy weather to obtain that part of the video is inaccurate I think the weather just has to be stormy for you to be able to activate the Cactuar Statue, you don't actually have to use the Statue to get over to that area except for the first time you go there. I found it by riding A Chocobo over there and Scanning the area multiple times LOL.

Steppe weather must be -windy. Its windy, not stormy in your video. Prob not the first to comment but since there's no annotation abt it in the video but anyone who's played the quests in the area, (You must for the storyline) knows how to use the weather machine and the 4 types of weather. still commenting.

Why the game has created this system you get looking for the -Gravition Cores- and -Wild Artefacts- in the game? Why not just show the location on the map? Maybe for posting content community to help. I feel unable to achieve alone and this is frustrating for me.

In -A Dying World -700 AF--. Didn't know about the Live Trigger #2 the first time I played through. When I try to redo it, starting from -Academia -4XX AF-- and closing the gate, I go through everything but I can't get the Live Trigger #2 again. I'm shit outta luck.

For WA at dying world, in the past, i clicked a different answer at the live trigger instead of cliking -I can do this. - But now i kept closing the gate to acedemia 4XX, and Dying World 700 AF. What can i do to get the live trigger again?

Omg 2: 33 the one in Oerba 200af. I walked past that (or with the fragments I guess I levitate past it) so many times. Thanks for this video. Once again saving us from torment running in circles like a chicken without a head.

Because I'm so clever I closed Academia 4XX and while I was in I used a wild artefact even though I've used one in there before I closed it.
Now I'm permanently down by one wild artefact. Does anyone know of a way to remedy this?

For those who wonder about Achylte steppe. The two weather machine levers needs to be up.
The weather must be stormy according to the video text. Comments below have called this weather -cloudy-. Personally I would name it foggy.

Are you sure that there is even matches between number of gates and wild artifacts? I went through and double checked all the zones listed and I can't access a single gate. I have 149/160 and this is stopping me >: -(

This video's a lifesaver. I love this game, but there's a real lack of guidance at times. Along with gates and fragments, it should really show which areas have an artifact to collect. Oh well.

I just finished the main story and am soooooooooo pissed at the ending! Arg! So frustrating! I wanna finish the story but I'm not getting lightning returns until Christmas

It's so dumb that you basically need all of them in order to beat the game. They should at least be marked on the map or be a side quest. Poor game design decision.

What about Academia 400 AF? You didn't show where to get the wild artefacts there. You showed Academia 4XX AF but what about Academia 400 AF?

Someone should hang the game designers' children over a lava pit and give them an hour to get 10 wild artifacts and solve a couple of clock puzzles.

I have finally broken down and used a guide for that one in Oerba. You would have to have a really good eye.

I have literally all 10. I quadruple checked, but I can't open the gate in Oerba 300 AF. I am going insane.

Thought I was missing the one in A Dying World.
Turns out I was missing the one in Oerba 200AF, lol

you can get the last one for 7500 coins only with activated skill in the fragment section in main menu
