Mom Secretly Adopts A Shelter Dog Her Daughters Fell In Love With This mom has not only saved a pup and added a family member, but she just taught her daughters how to appreciate, love and care for the animals that God has given us.
This is invaluable because those lessons will be passed on from generation to generation and will make a difference in the lives of future dogs or cats needing a home.

This is one of the best Dodo stories I've ever seen (and I watch them all the time. The girls and their parents are the breath of air we need and have the ability to heal hearts. Warmest wishes and blessings to them and Rosie. Lots of love.

I adopted my Zina off a euthanasia list. She's the best dog I've ever had in my life. I love that these girls didn't want a puppy, they wanted Rosie, and to save her. Bless them and you guys for raising them SO right.

You flew the dog out to live with you. Now that’s responsible spending. Thank you for going though such lengths for the pup and your family. I’d sacrifice the budget too and thank God.

Any chance we can get an update on Rosie
That must have been the best hug from your daughter ever The looks on their faces was priceless I hope Rosie's doing well and Cindy too

I never cried so quickly. You and your family are blessed with such a gift but more importantly, the compassion on the love those girls have for Rosie. Really touched me.

These two sweet compassionate little girls have a friend who realizes what they did for them.
You couldn't pick a better friend for those two little girls.

I'm so happy they didn't change her name. Too many new families do (and it always feels to me like the pupper may think they're trying to erase their former life.

amazing to see how without hesitation, the dog picked one of the kids right away to attach to; it's as if it sensed the pain/love right away.

Its just so sad that a healthy well mannered dog should ever get put down. We can do better than that. So glad it turned out well for her
reply

I understand wanting to surprise the children but making them believe the dog they love has been euthanized doesn't seem very nice

Every one needs a dog. If they want to save a dog over a puppy the parents did their job right.

Humans are the worst species on this planet when they put down perfectly good animals.

This is the first time I ever cried in a Dodo video. So happy for this family and Rosie
reply

So the parents let the kids believe the dog was killed so that they could surprise them
reply

I do not like the part of letting the girls think Rosie was euthanized. Sick parents.
