I feel you - I once spend hours with my new neighbors Husky because he can open doors and I don't want him to be run over by a car. My neighbor was in the basement and didn't give a sht about anything. Hope Karma get's him - real Karma, not the dog, he is a real cuty and his name is Cooper, not Karma.
