That story reminds me of my own little story with a stray cat. When I was around 12 years old, I was visiting a farm regularly with my dad. There were a bunch of animals including some stray cats that you couldn't touch. But this 1 cat was not part of the pack. It was extremely shy, even more shy than the other cats and it belonged nowhere. So i sit there day by day, making progress. It came closer and closer to me but whenever a tourist showed up, it ran away and the day was over.
I remember how amazing the feeling was when i first time could pet it. In the end it even stayed close to me when tourists came, i only had to shield it under my legs to feel safe. It waited for me to come every day and we had a good time, till the day my dad decided to not visit the farm again. And I was powerless. I have never seen the cat again and it still burns my heart to this day. I hope it had a good life with less fear and maybe got closer to the other cats.

i hate these videos, there are humane traps you can capture it and get it safe and in medical care immediately, do not drag it out and just hope the dog doesnt get run over by your busy road for 9 months
