The dog is very sweet! But honestly. does the owner not feel dumb for asking the neighbor if they're OK with giving a pool party for her dog. They been using the pool without permission and THEN ask for a party. selfish behavior

That dog has no respect for you. It knows you are a pushover. You gotta be way more authortive abd your dog WILL obey you. No need to build a fence if you are out there and give stern commands if it even looks that way.

well, those dogs have thick coats. if I was in back East humidity or Phoenix I'd be in the pool cooling off at 6 a. m, and no, you would not be getting me out easilly.

Just use a geo-fencing shock collar. Every time it leaves the house the collar just shocks the dog.
