Teenager Sneaks Lost Puppy Into His House When His Parents Fall Asleep Faith = Restored i did this when i was about 9 after being told not to. it was a new puppy BUT it was pouring down raining and the entrance to our basement/back yard was a destination not a just because i was tired im gonna stop there. she was crying loud enough to be overheard by the tv in the den which was above where she was crying -- in the pouring rain. so i made my way back to the basement, pretended to be playing with my easy-bake oven, bought her in & managed to keep her hidden 3 days, got it a sh---tload of trouble, didnt put her out as i was told & i kept her. my mother hated animals, my step dad was ok with them but i didnt give 2 craps. im 64 now, my kids & i all rescue.

The boy is incredibly kind and will turn into a very thoughtful young man. But the parents seem clueless, allowing that puppy to live outside without helping defined the owner and there’s no discussion what happened to that dog. How did it end up stray. Except for the boy, it’s not a very good story of a high standard of care toward a stray animal.

I snuck a puppy once and was traumatized for ever. She beat my puppy up and threw him around. Then locked him up in a garage freshly painted. We got to him but he was gasping for air. He took his last breath in are arms. First time that I realized what death really was. RIP Rex love u

I would talk to the puppy's owners before returning her back home. I would want to know how the puppy got loose and what they planned on doing to make sure that didn't happen again. His parents seemed pretty strict, but I am glad he was a defiant kid by bringing the puppy in night.

I’ve found more dogs in my lifetime than a normal person should. I now believe God sends some of us the ones who need help because they know our hearts can’t stop until they’re in good hands. I’m so glad this young man was there for her!

Thank you bro for saving that puppy. For some reason, I don't trust the owner. Irresponsible. I WISH you could have kept her. Or given her to me. I have 2 dogs already but, I would have loved to be her dad. Good job bro.

People have no idea how scary housing is in the U. S. I can’t blame them for not wanting to risk it.
They should have called a shelter and done this correctly, but the kid did the right things. Good for him!

Even if a story checks out, I would always be worried that I gave the dog back to someone who wasn't the owner or was the owner, but was a bad one. I don't think any dog would run away from an owner they love.

I honestly hope it was the real owners, a good part of me feels like it was just to get the puppy for free. and I hope that's not it cause that baby really seemed attached even though he couldn't have her.
