What is this trend of people 'rescuing' herd animals as part of a menagerie without providing them with actual herd companions Herd animals need their own kind. Single cattle, goats, donkeys, camels etc do not thrive the way they should, no matter how much the human wants to claim 'the donkey thinks he's a horse like my other horses' or 'the camel thinks he's a goat'.
This is not cute. This is people getting likes & ad revenue despite not having the animal's best interests at heart.

With all the tragic things you see online. People mistreating animals. One would think humans hated every other living creature on the planet. The Dodo reminds me there are good people in this world. I feel like every time I see one of your new videos, a small amount of my faith in humanity is restored. Thanks for being a place of happiness, love, and good vibes amongst all God's children.

What a sweet, loved, happy camel! Crawling on his knees to be able to do what the goats do is over the top adorable. It's so great that he's part of Alex's family and the goat family too. He's like a happy dog, just bigger. I enjoyed every minute of this video, thank you so much!

I’ve never seen a camel climb on his knees beforehe’s so determined! Don’t know if the farm has any predators, but I’d think Albert could be a good guardian against predators. I’ve heard of farms using camel cousins such as llamas and alpacas as guards.

Is Albert not a dromedaris He has only one hump, kamels have two. Anyway, he is lovely. Ofcorse he keeps coming into the house, that's what he did as a baby. He definitely loves you, and wont live any distance away from you. He is smashing wonderful.

A fun fact about camels: they originated from the Americas and they’re fossils can be found in Canada. During the last ice age they crossed the land bridge and then they stayed there while the North American camels went extinct.

He is SUCH a happy boy! Enjoy his antics now, before he is fully grown, though One of these days, you might want to think about getting him a girlfriend, unless you plan to neuter him. Once he is fully grown, he'll be a handful!

I never thought I'd see camel binky (That's the term rabbit owners use when their rabbits are excited and run around and kick their hind legs up) but I did today. Seems like children and animals love a little snow.

All animals are angels on Earth. It's the humans who often cause pain and suffering to other living beings. Thank you for helping and loving the animals. Albert is the cutest camel ever.

Camels are known to be a devoted loving friend for life. but you don't want them to ever be your enemy! Kicks, ramming and biting - they've been known to bite off knee caps.

I love how sweet he is. You didn't do anything wrong. You're just too big for the kitchen. Those animals have found the home and family. They're living their best life.

Great story
Camel hair, when you get it off the brush after grooming them, can be spun into a very nice wool yarn. Almost as nice as alpacas wool, they are related.

A camel in the kitchen not something you see everyday or ever. He is such a goofball with the sweetest face. Also a camel in the snow He was very excited

I never knew until this that camels could be friendly and not spit all the time. Albert and his goat siblings are adorable. One big happy family.

Camels in the West get a bad rap but they are incredible. They are affectionate, loyal and intelligent. They have reputation for never forgetting.
reply

Camels originally evolved in North America, and were adapted to the cold. So a snow camel is kind of fitting, and he seems to agree.

This is too precious. I've surprised after this many years of watching animal videos I haven't seen a camel and human bond like this before
