So glad they went together. I lived on the edge of town near the county line and had a neighbor who dumped a couple of puppies their dog had birthed. My sister & I already had 2 labs & couldn’t take 2 more. However we borrowed a huge kennel and made them a cozy bed. I am a nurse & knew how to give immunizations etc so I bought them & gave them along with wormer. The humane society was full of puppies so I kept them until there was space. When I took them I also took the immunization schedule and a note hoping they could be adopted together. I got a call a few days later telling me they went together. Loved those babies & was so happy they got a good home.

Aww! I too stop whenever I see a box on the side of the road. I can’t tell you how many times that box has been cut in a way to provide air holes. No puppies/kittens were around sadly but I ALWAYS check! You NEVER know! You could be someone’s savior! I help tortoises cross the road safely, rescue bunnies, rehab injured mice (eww) before letting them go, have had to humanely give the last act of care towards many animals hit by cars, have like 10 pets all rescues from dogs to cats to birds lol and the list goes on and on.

I wasn't clear on how many pups there were - it looks like more than two. I'm glad she returned for the rest of their siblings, as well as for the remainder of the pack, which must certainly have included their mother. They looked at least a few months, so they were likely already weaned - but still. Thank goodness for good people who go out of their way to make a difference.

My Mom told me when I was a kid that a box could have puppies or kittens it. she was born in 1912 and has been gone since 1987. People did it then, as well. These dogs and cats are domestic animals. They need us. Those puppie's eyes say it all!

Another great story with a happy ending. It's not for this lady those dogs could have been hit by a car a wild animal could have got to them now they are safe and clean and have a family. I hope she was able to get those other dogs up on that hill.

Ive seen this video somewhere else I remember cuz a lot and I mean a lot of people were upset that she only saved the puppies, what if the bigger dogs were the parents She didn’t even attempt to save them or even feed them.

Audray did the RIGHT THING! She saved these feral puppies from a terrible fate! Now look at them! They are living and thriving! And she is DETERMINED to save others! Just good stuff all around!

I hope they stay together for life. They will always be touching each other and looking for each other. Then there will be competition between the two. All great. Keep the family together.

I have nothing but admiration for people like this. Thank you for saving all these abandoned, abused, neglected animals who just want someone to give them a chance. Just a chance

A hero can be anyone. Even doing something as simple and reassuring as putting a coat around a young boys shoulders. To let him know that the world hadn't ended.

So nice to see a happy, heartwarming story in these mentally trying times. Thank you to Audray and all involved for their sweet, gentle and caring hearts.

Most likely they weren't born in a wild, but at some point taken away from their mother abandoned there by owner of the mother dog.

The world needs more like her! EVERY human, no matter your resources, can & should help the other species on this planet!
