You see, the thing about people who don't like cat is because they either:
1. Have dogs and believes cats and dogs can never get along (lies) or knows their dogs doesn't get along with cats (debatable, some dogs may reject a cat and accept another)
2. Do not want to take the responsibility of raising a cat (hear this one a lot, does not mean they don't like cat, however)
3. Believes in baseless rumors such as cats are selfish and cats are mean, or even in dumb superstitions (those people are the worst and most prone to harm cats, introduce them to cats ASAP to change their stunted view and keep a close eye on those who express intent to harm as they might need to be reported to animal protection)
4. Have birds (does not mean they do not like cats, but they are inclined to dislike them or even harm them. If cats appears dead in the neighborhood, sus them fast. Might be worth calling animal protection since there's a high chance of illegal caged birds) and believes that they can't live together with cats (mostly true, although there are videos out there of parrots, cockatiels and the like living in the same house as cats.
5. Doesn't want to be attached to them (usually resulting of having a pet in the past that died and left them traumatized, they are very likely to be accepting of interactions and may end up adopting one)
There might be other reasons, but these are the most common.

I used to not be a cat person and now I'm a mom to two cats and I wouldn't give them up for the world I absolutely love them. I think the biggest reason why people don't like cats is because like oh they're not friendly they don't want to be pet right away like dogs do no cats just show boundaries and set boundaries and tell you what they want to be pet or not and I think that's why people don't like cats. But for all of you guys who want to know what it's like to have human children get cats because they're just like having human toddlers

Oh, honey. You think you have zoo with only three pets When I was sixteen we had six cats, six birds, and two beta fish. Right now (as an adult) we have, six cats (again, two dogs, four birds, and a bunch of strays that we take care of outside. Lol

Everything is connected to each other: Even if you don't like pets, your moral instinct tells you to help the animal when you know it has to be saved. And once you take a good look at what you just saved, you understand why it's meant to be loved.

But seriously, only a Real Man will show compassion toward other lives. Seeing the children's behavior, we definitely see how wonderful and loving this whole family was. We need more people like them.

I was a total dog person until 6 years ago when I met a little feral who I named Punkin. I always say that cats cast a spell on you. Once they do, you become a total cat person.

Watermelon. Wow. Every time I see a cat that likes fruit, it trips me out. Cats aren't supposed to have sweet receptors. I wonder what it tastes like to them that makes them like it.

I do not mind indoor cats. I don't care for outdoor ones that kill my songbirds. Sadly, I'm allergic. I'm glad there are people that rescue cats. It makes the world a better place.

I was never a cat person either until my Rosie. Now we have 2 cats! And I love them so much! I will always be a cat person now. Once you get a cat, you never go back!

I too rescued/foster/failed a similar grey kitten in bad shape. He now goes by Greyson Everett from Accounting n he thinks Gracie is a great name.
