Anybody who does any research about lizards, even just in a general sense and not species specific, will find that very few species are considered as being mentally slow or dull witted when compared to similarly sized mammals. Head bobbing is a way of communicating in multiple lizard species, while waving also appears as a form of communication in both lizards and some amphibians. At the end of the day, everything both wants AND needs to communicate, it is up to US as the dominant and highly intelligent life form we are to pay attention and learn what these creatures are trying to tells in their own way.

My mum used to believe dog can't get jealous, and I would tell her a million times they do get jealous. Our lovely black puppy Layla and our beloved nanny dog Cassidy proved when Layla was being pet by Mom and loved on by her Cassidy snapped at her and pushed her out of the way being the bigger more dominant dog

What personality these lizards have. I’ve never had any lizards so it’s neat to watch. My brother had a chameleon when we were kids, not the kind with the big swivel eyes, and Greeny had no personality. But these bearded lizards I’ve watched all have personality. So cool.

I had one and she was my coffee buddy. Everyday she be pressed against her window wanting out. She liked to sit on my shoulder while I drank coffee. She was good friends with our dog too. One of my best pets ever.

Not sure about the arm waving showing he’s being submissive and she’s the boss Arm waving is how bearded dragons show dominance. They’ll do it to each other in the wild to show who’s boss.

Didn't know they come with these colors. Maybe netherrealm studios should've taken notes with their reptile renditions! Not the cutest cold blood

Seems like an excessive amount of veggies for a Bearded Dragon. he likely wants to come out so often hoping he can find some bugs to eat, lol.

That thing Chuck does when he's upset - a hand slap with a hard head-bob! Made me burst out laughing. The cutest upset gesture ever!

Yeah, reptiles are while different beasts from mammals. And like how cat owners show, even mammals can get misunderstood! What next
