Boxers are the best I've had four. All of them are great with kids however Cleo was the babysitter. I watched kids and so did my mom and when the kids would lay down to take a nap Cleo was right there protecting him and watching over them. Whoever she did like to take one of the kids pacifier. It was the funniest thing.

My grandma had a boxer, Henry, when I was a baby/toddler and he was obsessed with me. Every time we left her house he would try to get into the car, if I wanted a nap I’d sleep on his back and when I began walking I held onto him and carefully guided me around. Boxers have the most beautiful souls

Boxers are great dogs. I have a Boxer mix and she wants to be friends with my cat so badly. I just love my Doodles to pieces. When hiking in the mountains and people want to pass us they literally have to Doodles in order to pass. She's a very sweet dog with no mean bone in her body.

As a kid I had a three-legged boxer on a small farm in eastern Kentucky along with three other mutts. He was faster than the other dogs and got into everything. He especially enjoyed trying to play with the chickens and ducks. They were not amused.

The little puppers loved the baby as soon as they met. Normally I would expect a Boxer to do a bit of harm to a newborn baby they had never seen before, but no. They protected and cared for that kid. Lucky girl to grow up with two dogs!

My third parent was a German Shepherd/Saint Bernard mix. When I was teething, I’d chew on the poor dog’s ears. He’d whimper and never move. Mom and Dad were just grateful I didn’t chew on his feet instead.

My neighbors have 2 boxers. I them. When I work in the yard, they watch me and don't make a sound, If my husband comes up to me, they bark like crazy. I like to think they are protecting me.

Boxers are amazing dogs. So very gentle and loving yet silly and rambunctious. My boxer used to block me from in front of the fireplace so I wouldn’t get burned in any way. So smart.

I love boxers (I've had 5) great companion dogs, but they'll break your heart with a common early mortality rate. they lead with cancer, expect heart problems and or neurological issues

I find it almost magical how dogs know that a baby is fragile and will be careful around them. I loved the little sleigh ride sequence!

0: 54 the way the pup is leaning their head on the playpen, that’s a look of love. That’s a sigh my god how I love you look

It's really sad that dogs don't live as long as humans do. They probably wouldn't last long enough to see the baby's adulthood.

Sweet! Dogs are very special but still never leave your guard down especially when it comes to babies and small children.

Boxers are so cute! I love their shaky butts. This baby is going to have so much fun feeding them from the high chair.

Growing up with pets teaches children so many good things, including true unconditional love. I truly pity pet-less children.
