So tired of people who say pitties are a vicious breed that needs to be eradicated. They are the sweetest goofballs by nature, and the vicious ones are the result of vicious owners. I'm pretty old, so yeah, I remember decades past when German shepherds and then Dobermans bore the EXACT same stigma. It will pass, as they did, but in the meantime it pains me to listen to.

this reminds me of my dog of 9 years who got dumped in a woods and tied to a tree, we were his last hope otherwise he would’ve gotten put down, he was the best dog someone could’ve had (he was a rescue, and since i had epilepsy, every time i had a seizure he’d sit next to me) i really miss him but well done to these people for giving Tito a life

Great rescue and it really helps to introduce those dogs and some cats to other dogs and cats to other dogs so they feel safer. Tito is beautiful and so glad the perfect person also helped find him his forever home though it doesn't say if it was this awesome guy.

This dear man understands dogs. He got down low as to not tower over the dog and immediately broke eye contact, looking away, in order to not come across as aggressive to this terrified dog. Thank you to both these gentlemen for rescuing this lovely creature.

Very clever technique to protect both the dog and the rescuers - rugging. You could see by his demeanor that while he was fearful, he was also CAUTIOUSLY optimistic, thinking these strangers aren't hurting me. You do invaluable work!
reply

Look how timid he is. dog breeds and personalities are myths that we want to keep believing. You can have a shih tzu that his aggressive, golden retriever that is not friendly and pittie that is super friendly. It's nurture not nature.

He just needed a chance. Thank you for recognizing this and putting your love and care into action. Made my day and gave me hope for better days to come. Thank you so much for sharing this important story and its beautiful ending.

Oh man. just look at how bright and happy his eyes and demeanor are at the end (compared to the beginning. These kinds of happy-ending videos never get old. Thanks Liam and everyone involved in this pup's rescue!

Unfairly judged You've got an uphill battle because far too many people are mauled to death by pit bulls. Your dog may be great, but that doesn't make up for the many that aren't.
reply

Tito certainly did get rescued by the perfect man.
And look at Tito's face light up when he sees the play area at Dog PPL. He's like a kid seeing all his friends playing!

Doesn't anybody ever notice that there just happens to be a cameraman at all of these stories when things just casually happen Staged all the way. People are so gullible.

The hardest ones are the MOST REWARDING BECAUSE THEY NEED IT THE MOST BLESS THEIR SWEET HEARTS I love seeing people with HUMANITY SAVING SWEET LITTLE SOULS CAUSE
reply

I am so glad that you didn’t give up on him when you found him, even though he was scared and that you helped him find his forever home.
reply

Even at your own risk, you choose to save him no matter. You knew he was a sweetie. Thank you. Congratulations on your adoption, Tito!
reply

Those people that saved him are truly angels. I'm imagining him all warm and snuggly during the winter time in his new home
reply

Well done. Humanity only emanates from real humans.
I have yet to witness one iota of kindness towards animals from a JEW.

He looks like my baby - a dog i was nervous about giving a chance but found out he's the best dog i could ever ask for
reply

Looking at his slightly sad eyes when going through a big change in his life. I hope he will always be happy forever.
